Kentucky pizzería — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Tried to go there after watching a play at Teatro Colón. We tried to place an order at the register, only to be very rudely told that if we weren’t takeout, we’d had to sit at a table to be able to order something. So we did – or at least tried.

All the tables were occupied, so we waited a couple of minutes until a costumer left. Then, we waited a couple more for someone to direct us to the table or at least take the dishes away and clean it.

No one came, so we seated at the table, still cramped with the precious costumers’ dishes and the tip still there. After sitting for a couple more minutes and having absolutely nobody come along, we decided to leave and seek better service.

I'm staying at the Marriott a few steps away. Our tour guide said they have great empanadas, but that the pizza is not that great. I headed there for dinner to buy an empanada. The problem is that they don't have veggie ones. So I ordered a slice of what they call Napolitana. It's tomatoes and cheese. It wasn't that great. It was doughy, dry and the portion was small. I took a portion of the brownie with dulce de leche. Now that was delectable. Apparently, you can get a bigger portion of brownie. They'll cut a slice from whole cake they have on the counter. Hoy domingo 9, vinimos a ver el partido de la selección nacional, Argentina vs Ecuador. Este lugar me encanta, no es una pizzeria cualquiera... Fui a infinidad de pizzerías, a unas 20 en 1 año. A mi amigo Devon y a mí, nos gusta ir a diferentes pizzerías e ir probando y si nos gusta, repetimos sitio. Durante el mundial vinimos por primera vez y como nos fue bien y Argentina empezó a ganar, decidimos venir por cábala y dio resultado 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 El camarero y la camarera hacen un dúo dinámico muy bueno. Se turnan para limpiar, atender,servir, sonreír, preguntar si todo va bien y si necesitamos algo...COSA QUE EN OTRAS PIZZERIAS NO OCURRE! Mi amigo es hipertenso y el camarero fue super amable y le ofreció ingredientes para armar una pizza! 😍🥰😍... Comimos muy bien, un servicio a la mesa muy bueno! El señor de la barra también era atento a las necesidades de los comensales! Los felicito a todos y obviamente, a quién hace las pizzas!! Y aprovecho para sugerir si en un futuro, podrían hacer harinas o pizzas especial...
