Urban Convenience at a good location
Staying at NH Hotel Latino Buenos Aires felt like a mix of modern comfort and strategic convenience. The hotel stands out for its clean, contemporary design and unbeatable location, but there are areas where it could shine brighter. It’s a great pick for travelers seeking a central base for exploring the city, though the lack of some facilities might leave you wanting more. If you're planning a short stay and value easy access to key attractions, this hotel delivers well.
LOCATION: Located in the downtown area with easy access to all key Points of Interest
DINE + DRINK: Breakfast at the hotel is decent, with a variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The quality is good but not exceptional, and the space can get crowded during peak hours. Unfortunately, there’s no full fledged bar or full-service restaurant on-site, which could have enhanced the dining experience. They have a lobby level bar which barely qualifies as a F&B establishment
ROOM: We stayed in Room 1107, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:Sweet view of the cityscape ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good NH branded Toiletries
FACILITIES: Didnt have time to check out the facilities so cannot comment if they have a gym/pool
SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to the front office person who enhanced our stay.
HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in PREDOMINANTLY IN...

Read moreThey forced me to pay for my stay twice. They don't honour what their reservation document says
I booked the hotel on line on Oct 1st. I got the confirmation stating 'your reservation had been prepaid with a credit card'. It also shows 'The total price will be charged to the chosen method of payment once the booking process is complete (For hotels located in America, the charge may take place a few days later)'. I checked it on 07-Feb and checked out on 11-Feb. During the check-out, I knew I was going to have to pay some extra tourism fee (like 1 USD a day) that was fine, but was told I hadn't paid my stay. I didn't have any more pesos with me (Argentinian money) and if I used my credit card the exchange rate would have been less than half what it is on the streets. I couldn't show them that my credit card had already been charged because I had to cancel this card due security reasons between the time when I booked the hotel and my check-out, so I was forced to go back to the Calle Florida (where the black market is) and change more money so I could pay them (again) and leave. I was lucky I still had some extra US cash with me! In summary, don't trust what their booking system says or make sure to take a credit card statement showing you have already paid. Besides this, the hotel is old but it is OK, To say something good about it, the breakfast is good.
Update on 22-Feb-23: As you can read the hotel reply, they didn't understand what the problem is, assuming they actually read what I wrote it. Again: The problem is when I booked on-line their web site said they were already charging in full my credit card for my future stay. When I checked out, they made me pay again. There is NOTHING TO DO with the request of my credit card during the check-in which is quite normal. Hopefully the hotel personnel reads this update and decides to actually solve...
