I’ll tell you this. I was just walking by after filing police report regarding my recent bad luck in Ibis hotel and this place literally changed my whole day. After quick conversation with the host, I ended up talking to the owner, who claimed that if i don’t like the burger that I was aiming for – i don’t have to pay

Well- there was no single condiment I would upset about

Marvelous, simply outstanding cuisine Oh my gosh, best burger I ever had

Then things started get even better! Exceptional customer service fuel my evening with complimentary drink (well maybe that’s just because the owner was from the same city I used to live) cocktails was really impressive

Delicious, outstanding, comfy, and very friendly

I literally forgot for a second that I was robbed in Ibis styles hotel two days ago

This place is so good ! quality soul experience- you can taste everything in their food

The placard on our table shows the happy hour special of 2x1 drinks. I ordered one drink and my husband ordered one drink. When the bill came, however, they charged us for 2 drinks! When we asked why we weren't getting the deal of 2x1 drinks, they pointed to a sign on the sidewalk states that the deal is 2x1 PER PERSON (meaning we would have to each drink 2 drinks to get the discount). We only wanted one drink each, and despite pointing to the sign on our table that simply says 2x1, we had to pay for drinks we didn't order. It's pretty shady business practice to refuse to honor the signs on customer's tables, and tell them they should have thoroughly read some sidewalk signs for fine...

Fuimos a merendar y un desastre. Pedimos 1 exprimido de naranjas 1 licuado de banana 1 licuado de durazno 1 café con leche y 2 tostados. Primero trajeron el "exprimido"? De naranjas mmmm sin pulpa. A los 10 minutos el licuado de banana perfecto. A los 10 los tostaditos ya que son super pequeños a los 10 el licuado de durazno que es lo mas acuoso que bebí en mi vida y por último el café con leche. Para entonces ya casi no existían los licuados ni el exprimido. Los tostados ya estaban fríos peeeeeroooo también trajeron frío el café con leche. A pesar de que ya era media tarde varias mesas sin levantar un asco Ahhhh pero la cuenta la trajeron al instante diciendo la.moza el.total lo cual me pareció totalmente desagradable No volvería Mala experiencia y dinero mal gastado Pueden mejorar solo se necesita personal capacitado y buena...
