I was excited to learn there was a health focused restaurant with macros provided, but I was sadly disappointed in this place. I got the Usain Bowl which was about $16!!(more expensive than I would pay in New York City). The rice was VERY undercooked and hard, the beef was severely OVER cooked and dry, didn’t have much flavor either. On top of that I was really disappointed by the amount of one time use plastic provided for dine in guests. Pricy "Fast" food restaurant where you preferably eat at the outdoor seating or do take away. Or just fast inside. Have vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, clearly marked. Had the vegan wrap, and with it being fully empty inside and one person outside waiting, it took ~15 minutes to get the food for take away. The vegan wrap was OK, but a bit unexciting. Very impressed with this healthy fast food concept. The ingredients are crisply fresh. No bad fats or sugar.
