Once a good spot, this place has resorted to shady practices that target unsuspecting tourists. I unintentionally purchased a drink called "Bitcoin" for a staggering 240,000 pesos ($220 USD). They recently changed the format of their menu, burying this exorbitantly drink amidst others priced at a reasonable $30 USD.

To make matters worse, the waiter failed to provide any warning about the price. Management showed no willingness to resolve the misunderstanding. It seems this behavior is not isolated, as other reviews mention similar experiences.

Despite my efforts to reach out to the owner privately on Instagram, I received no response. I advise them to reconsider the menu format and rectify this deceptive practice. Let's create an honest and welcoming...

I'm really disappointed with the cocktails considering the price. First of all, only 1/3 of the cocktails was available. Ordered a boulevardier and what I got would only meet the definition of that cocktail under the most broad terms. I don't know what they used for vermut but it was completely overpowered by the compari. It also didn't seem to be prepared well. It arrived with far too much ice and not properly chilled. Once I allowed some of the ice to melt and cool the cocktail, it came closer to what it should taste like. It also appeared to be a half pour (1.5-2 oz instead of the typical 3). All those things would have been forgivable if it were 40 or 50%...

El lugar es muy acogedor. Sin embargo, eso no es suficiente para calificarlo positivamente. En este momento no puedo beber, así que pedí un daiquirí sin alcohol. Me trajeron un sirope en una copita pequeñita (no copa de daiquirí) que no tenía frappé y era literalmente un almíbar. Llamé a la moza y le expliqué que eso no es un daiquirí, que si me lo podían preparar bien u ofrecerme otra bebida sin alcohol. Al rato vino un chico muy estirado a explicarnos que allí hacen cócteles tradicionales y que, según él, el daiquirí original no lleva frappé. Me reí un poco para adentro ya que el daiquirí es una bebida que se inventó en mi país donde hace calor todo el año y me di cuenta de que estaba intentando engañarme. Mí esposo, que es mixólogo, estaba presente y sabe cómo se prepara el daiquirí pero no quisimos enredarnos a discutir porque íbamos con la intención de pasar un lindo rato. Le dije que por favor me ofreciera algo sin alcohol y me ofreció una bebida de frutos rojos tipo jugo me dijo. Cuando probé aquello era puro limón. Me dije, esto no está bien ya. Llamé de nuevo a la moza y amablemente le expliqué que por qué si me ofreció frutos rojos tenía tanto limón, que yo sufro de gastritis. Vi a un grupito de trabajadores deliberando en la barra hasta que al fin se acercó uno a preguntar cuál era el problema. Cuando le explico, yo de buena onda todavía, me dice que pasa que es un sirope de frutos rojos que cuando los descongelan cambia el sabor. Qué no tenía limón. 🤨 Ahí me di cuenta de que todo lo manejan con mentiras y que no respetan a las personas que van a su local porque lo mínimo que uno espera es la verdad. Mira sí, no tenemos licuadora y por eso no hacemos frappés. Mira sí, le pusimos limón para mejorar el sabor. Pero no mentirle en la cara a la gente porque los clientes no son tontos. Del resto, los baños son juntos hombre y mujer y no tienen espejos. Los precios son bastante altos para la mala atención que dan y el lugar está sobre valorado en Instagram.
