Fui el día de ayer para retirar una bebida que tenía de beneficio en la app. Para pedirla hay que acercar el codigo de barras y el lector lo lee, y tiene acceso a mis datos ya que la cuenta está asociada a mi nombre y tarjeta de Starbucks. Una vez que pedí, la chica que atendía me preguntó el nombre y le dije aunque me pareció raro porque debería haberle figurado por haber escaneado el código... Pero bueno, no pasaba nada. Luego, me acerqué a la barra a esperar mi bebida. Sale una bebida como la mía pero bajo el nombre de "Sofía". Yo sigo esperando. Pasan 15 minutos, y el hombre que hacía las bebidas me preguntó si había pedido un Caramel Machiato. Yo le dije que sí, y me dice "esa es tu bebida"... Le digo "pero no me llamo Sofía", y me dice "igual, esa es tu bebida."... Ni disculpá, ni perdona cuál era tu pedido?, ni tener un poco de amabilidad por la confusión. Podría haberlo dicho de mejor manera, pero la verdad me trató como un perro, "ahí tenés tu bebida"... Bueno. Para colmo no tenía ni gusto a caramelo, para el momento que se dio cuenta que era mi pedido la bebida fría dentro del establecimiento con aire acondicionado ya no tenía el mismo sabor, pero tampoco lo iba a tener si la cantidad de caramelo era ínfima. El ambiente totalmente ruidoso, con empleados poco atentos....
