Food gad no taste. 7 beers listed on the menu, only 2 available. Ordered two bottles of wine (1 x red and 1 x white). After a while, we were told the red was not in stocks, so we had to choose another wine. The white never arrived until we asked for it. Waited a while, again not in stock, so I had to order another white wine. Entre was tasteless and lacking prawns. Main meal, steak, was well over cooked. Requested a other steak medium rare and came out blue, and was tough. No w of the other adults (6) like their meals. One of the kids found d a hair in their deserts. Had the ARS8500 signature menu. You have to ask the staff to have this menu although it’s written on the website. Includes starter main and dessert and petit four. Also drinks, wine and coffee and an italian digestivo limoncello. Surprisingly the wine they include is not among the cheapest in the catalogue. The listed price of the wine is the same as the price of the menu! Only complaint is there are bones (and actually tons of it) in the fish fillet but they did not mention it in the menu. After booking an online reservation from the begining of December, they told my wife that they cancelled all the 31st night dinner reservation that were made online (this was on Christmas and by whatsapp while calling to ask for menu). Also today they seem to have missed the fact that they already told her that and CALLLED AGAIN TO CONFIRM THE CANCELATION. For a "well known restaurant" this is ridiculous, no apologies were sent/said and no options provided either. Making a Dinner reservation for an important/busy day should be something that they should know better to take so lightly.
