I'm super impressed with their ramen, and I don't say that lightly. I was even a bit surprised that Cordoba has ramen this good (!). To add to that, the rice balls (onigiri) are amazing. I had the Niku origiri (beef rice ball) and their signature Hot Black Garlic Ramen Broth: 4.5 / 5 The Hot Black Garlic Ramen broth is rich, strong but not overwhelming. Not 5 / 5 just because it's salty (well, most ramen broths are salty, I just happen to eat less salty than average). I recommend trying the Ginza Ramen (tonkotsu broth). The broth is less salty and has incredible umami. Meat: 5 / 5 Chashu soft, well seasoned, proper fat component. The Hot Black Garlic Ramen comes with not only Chashu but also spicy minced pork which is a very nice touch Balance: 5 / 5, thanks to the nice touch with the nicely pickled cucumber, with sweet and sour and freshness that balance out the saltiness and fat in the ramen Vibe: 5 / 5 Elegant, cozy, and relaxed at the same time. Has tables as well as a dining bar. Good seating options overall Pro tips: - Ask for more pickled cucumber. It helps balance out the saltiness of the ramen, and they give you extra for free - Ask for more chashu. There's only one piece in the original ramen bowl, and it doesn't cost much to add extra

Whenever I arrive in a new city, I always Google Map search - ramen and hope that I may find a Japanese managed establishment that knows ramen, authentic ramen. The owners are Argentinian with Japanese and Korean parents and I could tell the chef received training in Japan. As someone of Japanese descent, I've eaten ramen since I was a small child and it's one of my favorite foods. Everything must be perfect. The soup, the noodles, the meat, the egg, etc. It takes a lot of preparation time to get it right and many restaurants in Latin America don't have the patience or training to make ramen from scratch. If you are looking to try real ramen and want a taste of Japan without taking the long flight there, this is the place.

5 stars because this place has the best ramen in the country by far. It is a cozy place with a modern and fresh atmoshphere cut through by some japanese style paintings. Walk ins usually are turned away due to high volume but you might get a seat at the bar. The ramen here is incredible. To the food: the ramen here is incredible. There is no other way to put it, this place should be on travel guides to Cordoba. As unlikely and weird as it may sound its the first ramen shop in Argentina I was not disappointed by. Not only was I not disappointed but I was entirely bewildered by how good the ramen was. A must try in the city of Cordoba.

Edit 4 months and about 6 stops by this restaurant later and it is still amazing everytime. Consistently good food and with the country going through one of the worst economic crises in its history they still manage to be extremely accessible in prices. I unfortunately don't anticipate returning soon as I no longer have to work in Cordoba, but Nakama will forever be in my favourite restaurants I have ate at and a permanent fixture...

I've tried two Japanese Ramen places in Cordoba and this one was way better. The broth of the 3 different Ramen was very flavorful and delicious. The toppings were good and the dumplings were really good. Parking isn't the easiest but we found street parking a block away. It's a little expensive for "ramen" but anything asian is going to be more expensive than the local food in Argentina (import costs). But the delicious Ramen made us happy to pay the check. They change up their ramens (although they also keep certain ones), and my wife has tried all of them, and they all tasted pretty good, which is impressive how consistent their quality is. Best part was that the owner serves there as well and she was very welcoming and sweet. Really great service from our waitress. Whether you are coming for lunch or dinner, please remember to reserve. It's not easy to get a table by just walking in and both times we went here,...
