If I told you I had to get lit and order 2 drinks before eating in order to swallow the food, I would not be lying. Even after being under the influence and not being able to taste the food, I am aware that the food here is simply NOT good. For starters, we ordered the falafel- which tasted like the rocks we hiked in el Chalten. I truly am perplexed as to how this establishment is still in business. It is with great sorrow that I say this, as all I desperately want in Bariloche, is to ingest food that is edible and doesn’t taste absolutely horrible. The meat lasagna I had, I only ate out of necessity and survival. My friend ordered the choripán and the fried shrimp, and they somehow managed to mess that up. La verdad que fue deplorable la atención que recibí ayer en el food truck que tuvieron en Bariloche a la carta, nos cobraron un Sándwich de vacío a $8.000 c/u, tenían la carta pegada había elegido una bondiola y no tenían, por lo que tuve que cambiarlo por uno de vacío, cada opción en dicha carta tenía descripta con los ingredientes que los componían, esperamos aproximadamente 1hs para que nos den la orden cuando nos las entregan, no encontramos con esta aberración de Sándwich, el pan roto y una gota de "chimichurri" en cada Sándwich, se excusaron con que ya no tenían los ingredientes testantes(cebolla caramelizada, morrón asado y rucula) con lo que exigí la devolución de parte de la plata, ya que la mitad de los ingredientes estaban ausentes, a lo que la mala educada de la "cocinera" que estaba recalentando la carne me respondió que tenía no se cuantos años de experiencia y por lo que yo al reclamar la falta de los ingredientes estaba equivocada porque no había estudiado gastronomía, la anciana de la caja que nos cobró JAMÁS NOS INFORMÓ QUE NO TENIAN LOS INGREDIENTES NECESARIOS PARA HACER EL SÁNDWICH, así era decisión mía elegir si lo pagaba o no, que por cierto respondió a la queja que me devolvían el total del dinero queriéndome arrebatar la bandeja de las manos, a lo cual me negué porque no había comido desde el mediodía y había esperado 1hs por esta porquería, fue una falta de respeto, porque no lo valía, si tengo que hacer la queja al lugar para ponerlo por escrito lo haré, ADJUNTO EVIDENCIA Y UNA FOTO DE LA MAL EDUCADA QUE ME TRATÓ DE IGNORANTE QUE ENCONTRÉ ACÁ MISMO. I saw all the 5 star reviews and it looked promising. You have to look very carefully to find it as it has an entrance that is shared with a steak restaurant. Go up the flight of stairs. This is a place for mostly, but not exclusively, wine, cocktails, beer and tapas. I tried to 2 different special cocktails and loved them. Really good.
