There was supposed to be a 30% discount on paying by Mastercard. We told the lady we had a debit Mastercard and she said yes that’s fine pay. We paid and got no discount. We asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund us the 30% and that they wouldn’t cancel the order and give us a refund on the order. They insisted we would have to use our receipt to claim it back from the bank. They also would not give us a proof of cancellation or any kind of refund proof to show the bank, making it impossible to claim a refund. Especially annoying since the woman told us to pay. Cada año que viajo voy a comer ensaladas a esta sucursal. Excelente la atención de los chicos de la mañana y tarde. Es la primera vez que por la noche me tratan no solo PÉSIMO, sino que no habiendo gente, la cajera tardó casi 10 minutos en atenderme, no sabía de precios, ni que incluía cada ensalada, un desastre. Luego el chico que me preparó la ensalada y una hamburguesa, delante mío, sin el menor pudor, tiró la hamburguesa con TAL furia que la caja se abrió. Cuando llego a casa a comer la ensalada, la tan anunciada cebolla caramelizada no estaba, me dieron la ensalada por la mitad. Me quejó vía email, y tanto Brian como Noelia, cero atención al cliente. Nunca se comunicaron, reiteradas veces me quejé vía email, y nada. Ni una disculpa, ni una respuesta, nada. Quisiera saber quién es el encargado del local, y pedirle que se esfuerce algo en la atención a los reclamos. No podes entregar una ensalada por la mitad, y no decir mínimo, DISCULPAS. Cobrar cobran bien caro el menú, publicitan la vida de la ensalada y tenés chicos sin ganas de armar, atender. Puede pasar una vez, pero respondé el reclamo y listo, sanseacabó. Me molesta más la irresponsabilidad del gerente de no tomar los reclamos, que los chicos que no tenían ganas de trabajar esa noche (repito, no había gente en el local, no era que estaban desbordados y bueno es entendible, es más, fui muchas veces con el local desbordado de día y fue excelente el trato de los chicos) Nunca más vuelvo a este local, supervisor y encargado no...

The McCafe is an excellent option if you want a coffee drink made with good coffee (not the best, but pretty good and consistent quality) in the center of a city without spending a fortune in a speciality coffee place. Of course it comes in a paper cup, which takes away some of the enjoyment, but it is still well, well worth its price. Unfortunately at this location there was consistently only one bartender at the McCafe, so you have to wait in line...
