El Loco Heraldo — Restaurant in Puerto Iguazú

A hidden gem in Iguazu which makes you feel like you’re relaxing at your local, rather than the typical tourist traps in town. We had the chicken yakimeshi, seafood paella and chocolate covered ice cream (bonbon suizo) - all were delicious and very reasonably priced. Wish we could have come earlier so we could try more of the menu! Lots of board games and happy hour helped to keep us...

I visited yesterday while I was in Iguassu and I was super impressed with their ipa. They have a happy hour, where you can have a pint for 450 pesos! Very good value and I loved their menu. Their salad was a nice healthy alternative to the usual burgers and fries I always get at...

Se preguntarán qué hace una pareja que no toma alcohol en una cervecería como el Loco Heraldo, era una noche tarde y todo más en el centro explotaba de turistas extranjeros... De casualidad dimos vuelta con el auto por acá y vimos que estaba vacío, música ambiental muy linda y un lugar decorado bastante ecléctico/bohemio lleno de cosas antiguas y juguetes. El menú es chiquito pero cumple muy bien y para nada grasoso como esperábamos encontrarnos! Yo me pedí un "shawarma" (pongo ente ññre comillas porque conociendo bien la comida árabe no era un shawarma, sino más bien tipo una fajita mexicana tostada.... Rapidita tamaño burrito 🌯, pero riquísima igual) de carne con papas fritas y mi novio una hamburguesa completa con papas. Ambos muy buenos! Todo hecho en el momento y la atención más que servicial tanto del mozo como del dueño....
