Quite a nice place, good plates and indoors. However and unfortunately, we were mistreated at the end which spoiled our lunch: when asking for the check, we were billed an extra item that we didn’t order, the waiters couldn’t explain to us why they were charging for it. There was a brief quarrel between the cashier and the waiters. Later, the cashier came over and she was awfully impolite slamming the new ticket on the table to the surprise of both us and the waiter. This shows how fancy places like this do not care for their customers nevertheless tourists. Yes, the food was alright; but there are other less expensive restaurants with similar tasty options where I’ve had far better experiences in Gyumri. I had the pleasure of dining at Florence in Gyumri, and it was nothing short of outstanding.
