After oooohing and aaahing for so long I finally had time to stop in. And let me tell you it did not disappoint, excellent service, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable Lady serving. Everything is clearly labled and if your in a rush the and stuck with diet restriction never fear you can be directed quick & efficiently due to the impressive product knowledge of the lovely lady behind the counter. Another small family run business making a difference. So bright and clean inside, fun decor, and relaxing. And yes the Gelato is perfect. I had the mango lemon and lychee (dairy free options). So smooth and full of flavour. They use real fresh fruit in all of their fruity varieties and you can definitely taste it.. highly recommend.. Thankyou

My review will start with NomNom 🤤... The staff are super friendly and helpful, they encourage you to try the different flavours before you settle on your final choice (which is very hard to do, as they all sound delicious) My pick was the Taro & Coconut 🥥, Strawberry 🍓, Balsamic Pannacotta, and Duran Flavour (which is definitely an acquired taste 🤣 - a favourite amongst the “Asian community”, But not so much westerners.. a friend of mine describes it “ it’s like eating smelly socks” hahaha. The decor is clean and fresh, with open plan seating, modern and hip atmosphere! This place is definitely my new goto place for a treat (I have already been twice in two days hahaha)

We went to the 48 Flavours Magill last night at 9.15 pm. The staff was amazing. The lady by the name LAURA was amazing in providing excellent customer services. She has all the knowledge require to deal with the taste and likings of customer. She was extremely helpful in making us taste different variety of ice cream and sorbet. She deserves a applaud on her back for providing excellent customer service and keeping not on elders but kids HAPPY. She deserves to be the manager and deserves promotions. We went to the 48 Flavours Magill last night at 9.15 pm. The staff was amazing. The lady by the name LAURA was amazing in providing excellent customer services. I would like to complain a staff called Anna who is working at 48 Flavours Trinity Gardens. I am one of the big fans of the 48 Flavours. The ice cream is really good, but if the service can be improved then it would be amazing. Anna is sooooo rude when she serves me and my sister. They hid durian flavour in the back fridge just because there is not enough area in the showcase. And Anna is unhappy with taking two trips to get durian flavor. I think if she feels annoyed about their store organisation and management. She needs to talk to her manager not putting durian flavour in the back fridge or any improvements instead letting customers share with her bad feelings. We pay for the food and service not for bad...
