Wasn't expecting the customer experience we got Sat 23rd August at 8pm. One girl was serving, no issues, for some reason coupons were too difficult and 2 ice creams took her over 10mins. Another girl comes out, I asked to confirm if mint is gf and she says no. Doesn't check. Nothing. The other girl grabs out the GF ICE CREAMS SHEET AND GOES THROUGH IT FOR US. The same girl whose obviously too lazy to help the first, or look through ingredients for us, then gives us the tiniest serves ever and we get charged $19.

I was so excited to visit a Ben & Jerry's as I love the ice cream....

Normally good experience, but customor service was, to appropriatelly ad lib my Ma, "pretty bad". Made her wait 5 minutes while they were in the back. Totally understand things get busy, and all days aren't always our best but we were only ones in the line Pretty disapppointing as after a long day of work my Ma couldnt enjoy a...
