The food was pretty nice I liked the beef quesadilla and the seasoning on the chips was a real highlight to me I just got the wooden biopak knives and forks and they were so hard to use they broke as I was cutting my quesadilla and I couldn’t use them anymore but overall the food was really good had a perfect balance of western and Mexican aroma and taste. The service tho, was a different story. There was some girl there who served me and she didn’t ask whether I wanted mild or spicy (I just got given mild) and she didn’t ask me if I wanted anything extra on my quesadilla when these options were clearly on the screen. Also the place was full of people on their phones and not wearing gloves. Because of that, my drink went warm pretty much by the time I got home. The setting of the place was cool I liked the Mexican words but some Latin music (instead of the lame Justin Bieber and Jack Harlow hits playing at a barely audible volume) would’ve made it awesome and pushed it to the next level. I hate to write anything negative as my first experience during the opening was good, however I went in last night and had several issues

1. my husband ordered 3 burrito bowls and 3 burrito rolls and they ended up giving us the wrong order, he then had to drive all the way back and get at least two of the rolls exchanged. The staff didn't understand what he was saying as he doesn't have an Aussie accent which has never been an inconvenience before. However the lady who exchanged his order went to another staff member and were laughing right there visibly. highly unprofessional and degrading. They need to be trained better in customer service.
2. After eating the food my children started complaining of stomach aches but felt better after a few minutes, I on the other hand had severe stomach pains and cramps and diarrhea and was about to go into the emergency. I then had some medicines for stomach infection on hand that I took and went to sleep. Now I am writing this in the morning feeling better. Nightmare experience. I wont be...

Giving them a 3 as the food can be inconsistent. Always warn people, if you get them on a good day, they are amazing. But if not, the rice can be partially cooked, amounts of chips can be small and the mix of ingredients can be off, too much of one thing can impact the flavour. I get the spicy chocken burrito + chips + Jarrito cola. When it is on point, the mix of flavours is great. Love their smoky chipotle salsa. The store is located in a handy spot. It is the only decent mexican in the area. Better than Zambrero's down the road. The burritos are made fresh but sometimes they don't get the timings right so chips may be cold or chips are hot and the burrito is cold. I wish their app was like other stores and enabled you to just trigger the order when you arrive. If you try to time it and get there late, end up with cold food. As the reviews show, you might get lucky and pick a day with a good cook or may miss out. Would say give it a try but understand if...
