You walk in and are just amazed at the fit out and layout of this restaurant. It’s modern, new and it’s just comfortable and lovely. A simple evolving menu depending on what’s its season, we started off with Woodfired Sourdough and a side of cucumber + fresh curd. Everything that comes out of that wood oven is just amazing. We made a selection of three pizzas, Pepperoni, San Marzano and Formaggio. Back to the basics and the pizzas were great with the perfect amount of sauces and topping. The pizza could have been left in the wood oven for a possible 5-10 seconds longer to make the base firmer, but that’s a personal opinion and each chef is different. We also ordered a grilled peach and mozzarella and frankly for $30 I’m not sure if it’s really worth it. Dessert, was a grilled mango Panna Cotta with shaved ice, frankly didn’t need that shaved iced and once again with help of the wood oven a wood fired Berry Clafoutis with custard. I’ll be coming back for that Clafoutis for sure.

Amazing! From hospitality to interiors to food, everything was spot on! Started the night with a Negroni (comes in a cool little bottle) and it was one of the best I've had. Small plates - Salami Plate and the Lamb Arrosticini with bernaise, that sauce made the dish! (Slightly expensive for the quantity but quality is exceptional). Fresh wood fired Pizza - Lamb Ragu with chili oil (added) was easily the star of the night, succulent lamb, cheesy cheese and pure messy goodness. Uff, that chili oil!!! Finished the night off with Grilled Mango and Panacotta, the grilled mango was absolute genius! The coconut panacotta was light and delicious. Only negative, the Passionfruit was a bit too sour and took away the slight sweetness of the panacotta. Overall, was a great experience. Special mention to the lovely Jacqueline and welcoming FOH guy (sorry, don't know your name) for the most friendly hospitality and 10/10 service.

Fantastic pizza 🍕 bar, wine 🍷 and 🍹 bar and all round fun - bar. I love the flame Licked 🫒 olives and the bread. The food is so cleverly mixed of sweet and savory for those who love the mix of fruit into their savouries will love the adventure that awaits. We were 6 people and decided to do the $55 2 courses and it was amazing how they brought out so much food.. no one left hungry. We had an assortment of pizzas done spicy 🌶️ pepperoni to mild chicken with a bulldog sauce and maybe an anchovy one on the side. Brilliant variety 🥳 We loved our cocktails served in chilled Bandit Bottles 🍹 the wine choices were just endless. I just left the others to choose something eclectic . Thank you for an amazing evening .. I wish I had more pictures to add but I was too busy eating 😍…we’ll be back.

We came in as a group of 16 and decided on the $90 tasting menu- that was our first mistake. The waitress told us we would have “more pizza options” on this menu and being a tasting menu it is expected we get a taste of lots of dishes. To begin with the table was squished together and there wasn’t enough cutlery/glassware/chairs for the whole table. All food was dropped at the table and not explained. Some food things we weren’t even sure what it was and what it was used for. When it came time for the pizzas, we were given 6 pizzas. Between 16 people. The pizza choices were 4 margaritas and 2 salami. These are the cheapest and most simple pizzas on the menu. There was a random miso mayo? Dipping sauce that was for the pizzas? A random combination of flavours/cuisines and truly awful. We had two vegetarians so there was no reason to not have more variety. We were all waiting for more pizza to come out. I asked a waitress when other pizza choices would be coming and she said there were no other pizzas coming. Next course was prawns and corn and then for the vego option they brought out half a zucchini on one plate and we were told that we had to cut it in half and then pass it down to the other vego person. Seriously for $90 for a vego and they made us cut half a zucchini in half and have a quarter of a zucchini as a course. The zucchini was also terrible and tasted like it was soaked in green curry paste? The corn personally was not edible due to there being so much miso on them. The corn was also cold and dry.

I asked what the next course and was told “chicken and a few sides”. By this time it was close to 10pm and we had arrived at 7:30pm. Mains arrived around 10:30pm and it was just chicken and some beans. (No salad/carbs/extra stuff for vegos) My wife didn’t receive anything for her dietary and the vego main meal was forgotten about for our friend. The vego meal that was later brought out was some eggplant and some leaves/greens on top. The choice and quantity for the vegos was no way near worth $90. The choice and quantity for the rest of us was not worth $90. I’m not sure why food took so long but it felt like they were taking their time so that we would drink more in between meals and by the end of it we just wanted to get out of there.

The dessert was brought out close to 11pm and there was one option for dessert. Dessert was the best tasting thing on the menu imo though.

Extremely disappointed at the service, knowledge, flavours of the food, lack of pizza choices and quantity and the whole experience.

In my experience of set menus and hospo, you’re always asked if there’s enough food/anything else the table would like to try. We weren’t asked any of this and we were denied when we did ask for more pizza/food. We have been to many restaurants and dine tasting menus and always leave too full to even think about dessert.

The $90 set menu was a complete rip off and I would like a refund or partial refund. There are many others who also feel the same and would like a refund too. You can’t be charging $90 per person and leave people hungry. To advertise yourself as a pizza restaurant and to only give 6 pizzas/2 choices for 16 people is a disgrace. Beyond...

Pre-booked for Valentines for $70 pp three course meal + $40 pp Wine. Waited around 45 mins followed up and only to get a side of picked olives. Another 15 mins for two of three starters. The last one never arrived. I also asked the lady who served us about the wine I pre ordered, she mentioned that there were three included however couldnt remember the names of the wine. She the asked us which ones we wanted to drink, my partner asked if its anything from the menu, she said that was extra. If it wasnt obvious already that I wanted the ones I already paid for. Pizza was great Dessert was also great but the lady didnt explain what we were eating, just dropped the food straight to our table and left. Given that I have already pre paid my meal, my partner and I went straight outside only to be stopped my the same lady who tried to charge us extra for the wines in which I showed her my receipt. She then went on about how wines are normally not charged online. Note that again, only two wines were served. The staff who served us seemed that she needs more training. Not comming back for a...
