I ordered morning of 22/06/2020 a wrap with wasabi and followed up about the wasabi when it was received and the young woman said yes it's included. When I ate it, it tastes different than usual, more bland or something. The salmon wasn't quite as strong and I feel it wasn't double meat like I asked. It was weird, I usually order the same thing every time and always tasted rippa. Usually the wasabi kicks in half way through but it never did, I checked and it wasn't there. I've always loved bingboy and I live so far away that when I get it, I want to enjoy it! I got the veg-ing, I always ask for extra wonton, well they gave me burnt wonton and salted corn chips to disguise the burnt wonton, I got told its wonton by the lady who was trying insinuate I was wrong, (there was a whole chip in there) so I accepted it and continued to investigate, I then went back and did a comparison and showed her this is a chip I want a refund and she said on no we cant do refund. Ordered a Bing Bowl excited for crispy wontons, no wontons only crushed corn chips. The chicken tasted like a shredded bbq chicken with coles and the teriyaki sauce was weird. I've never met a teriyaki sauce I didn't like until now. The 'No Refunds' sign on the cash register was a warning sign I should have listened to. Couldn't eat much of the bowl and I'm not fussy.
