Had a reservation today (NYE 2024) at 1pm for Taco Tuesday. The service was pretty lack lustre, literally no one greeted us or directed us to our table, the servers just walked past and ignored us. We were stood in front of the table with our reservation sign and just eventually sat down 🤷🏻‍♀️. The food itself was great, I think the flavours are fun and there is plenty of variety- 3 for $15 can’t really complain about that. Great value. I did find a fried hair in the salt and pepper taco batter- not amazing, but things happen. I was more concerned with the way you could look at the servers and they would obviously look away even if you had your hand half up to get their attention. I only managed to get the servers attention when I actually called out to one as she walked past. Without being blatantly rude it was probably some of the worst and attentive service I’ve experienced in a long time. The food was remade and the chef did apologise- the hair looked a lot like his lol. But I do appreciate him apologising, again shit happens not a big deal overall. The vibe of the place is cool, bright a lovely ambience. The food tasted good, but the service was pretty off putting. Food: 4/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 1/5

The food and drink here was amazing. With the food being the standout for me personally. I tried all three of the tacos that had meat in them and found that the pulled beef was the nicest with a good bit of spicey kick to it. The fish tacos were a lighter option compared to the other taco options. The potato’s were amazing and covered with a good amount of sauce that complemented the crunchy potato. We also tried the chicken quesadillas which was amazing. Big shoutout to the chef for the amazing food. The craft beer was good especially the ginger beer. The rest were good as well but didn’t hit the spot as well as the ginger beer. I tried the coffee beer, the frog one and the yeet which was nice. The frog one had a nice touch and was quite strong Overall would come again and stick to the ginger beer and enjoy the food options available Would be better if they had more booths and if the outdoor area had some heating/blinds but I did come here on a very cold and rainy day so that is on me. Well done to the team behind this place

Firstly, I want to give a big shout out to the beautiful ladies at the bar, Claire and Ella. They were sooo very nice and friendly. Amazing ladies! I had the Beef Brisket Nachos which was yummy!... It was huge... have to be shared. Started with the Head in the Clouds brew...fruity... similar to James Boags 150 lashes...was planning to end the dinner with the Sleepy Time brew so I asked Claire for help to pick which brew to have before Sleepy Time...she suggested 2 brews...one which was similar to Head in the Clouds but a bit stronger and Battle Ducks brew which is biscuity so it's nearer Sleepy Time brew which is Dark Chocolate and Lavender...chose Battle Ducks... thanks heaps, Claire! Only had the butcher size for the 3 brews so I wouldn't get drunk . Amazing brews...very friendly staff...great food...

Very bad experience for my daughters 30th birthday party mainly with the finger food …..Mexican tacos were way overpriced ($1200) and most of the corn chip bases were so stale you could hardly chew them, lots of plates paid for and not eaten. They were also dripping with oil and over salted and were not a suitable finger food, guests were dropping food all over their clothes. The drinks pricey too…… $15 for a standard glass of wine and $12 for a Scotch and cola. Whilst the bar staff were doing their best most of the time there was only one person serving drinks for 40 guests. The staff ran out of clean glasses and had to run down stairs several times for ice buckets and drinks that weren’t in our function bar. The day was 32 degrees and the venue wasn’t comfortable as parts of the outdoor area had no shade and the fan was broken, the indoor section only had an evaporative air conditioner which struggled to cool unless you stood in front of the vents. We also asked the staff to turn down the music for speeches and we were told that this couldn’t be done. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this venue, extremely...
