Nutrition Republic Bowden — Restaurant in Adelaide

We visited NR as our accommodation was just around the corner. As part of a thriving food court styled centre, there were plenty of options but it was they who caught our eye.

Seating is offered both indoors and out, with many people also utilising the neighbouring park to sit with a meal or drink. We were there on a hot and sunny day, and the place was filled with young families and had a very calm and friendly vibe, something we enjoyed.

The young lady that served me was friendly and professional, guiding me through the ordering process. Both my wife and I selected the Power Bowl with sauerkraut, along with two pastries (can't remember the specifics, sorry), and hot drinks - Prana Chai Latte (pot) and a Flat White.

We opted for an outdoor table (beside the park but still undercover) and had our food presented a short time later.

The Power Bowl was excellent, a huge serving laden with healthy, vibrant, flavoursome ingredients. We loved every bite and were full by the end. The pastries were also really good, while my wife declared, very rarely and surprisingly, that she loved her coffee. No complaints about my Chai Latte either.

Overall, Nutrition Republic was a great find, with many choices available for the health-conscious. We were truly saddened that they're a 2000km trip from home, making it extremely unlikely we'll enjoy their offerings again. Nevertheless, once is better than not at all, so thank you for a lovely meal. All the best...

Lots of healthy options. Had the plant based patty with avocado and a hot beetroot drink with coconut milk. Both very enjoyable. Sat outside. Keen to try some of their other offerings. Just a few things confused me... Looking around at the other tables too, the majority we're eating / drinking from disposable cups / plates / cutlery. Even my drink was in a disposable coffee cup. After ordering at the counter I was given a table number. 1 drink was brought out, but the rest of our food and drinks they just yelled out a name and you had to collect it, which wasn't expected, so lucky we heard it. The place was packed on a cold Saturday morning. I was served fairly quickly considering. Smoothie bowl was SO filling - i ordered the Amazonian and it was delicious and a generous serving size. Golden latte was genuine whole spice mix and really creamy with the coconut milk. Would recommend.
