Came here Monday 4/11/24 with a client who has disability, which needs thickner when eating and drinking due to there disability. When asked for the extra empty cup staff rolled eyes as if it were an inconvenience. Owner forgot to make our chicken roll because he was to busy bullying his staff in front of customers behind the counter, to the point he came over to the table to ask what we ordered as his to busy bullying staff. Staff also need to do there online food safety training as using your bare dirty hand and grabbing cake tongs by the part you grab food with instead of the handle is disgusting. The atmosphere is very welcoming, staff service was respectful and welcoming. Their coffee is amazing and I had their chicken ceaser salad wrap and I would say it was the best wrap I have had in a long time. It also a business that supports cash and they explain the benefits why its a better option. More money in your pocket. Overall 10/10, will definitely recommend with family and friends.
