There's better coffee's out there. After waiting for my cappuccino, I headed off. Suddenly I heard "Excuse me!" being yelled out, I turned around and the female staff called me over and asked me to bring the coffee back. I went over and I was asked who's name it was under, after they asked me the same questions like 3 times, got my coffee taken off me AND had to wait even longer for another (they took my original order away and asked me questions on "who served you") my partner had orderd for me and had gone to the toilet, so when I heard his name called I went up and took the order because it was his name. It's not the customers fault if the staff don't listen to someone's name properly. I felt so uncomfortable due to their questions, they looked miserable and fed up, grouchy and when I finally got my order, the coffee was disgusting. Burnt, no sugar. What a horrible experience. I'm never going back there again and I hope they have better training for their staff, they were rude. How many ways do you need me to tell you the same thing? If staff don't like their jobs there and it does show, as their coffee's smell and taste burnt, maybe like their spirits. Maybe don't work there if you're going to be a grouch. Hopefully no one else has this type of treatment. Next time I'm going to an actual coffee place with good friendly and helpful customer service, not a cheap nasty franchise who just cause they're having a bad day, doesn't mean you have to take it...

Then, when the coffees were collected (we were consuming instore but they have a pager system) they were all Luke warm. I asked for a replacement which they provided and this was better however not a sorry whatsoever. If you can't provide a smile or don't want to be there, try anything but hospitality.
