After sitting at a couch full of 20 damn pillows without the ability to find the actual seat, we watched as an incompetent waitress successfully messed up not one, not two but five orders - including my own. Once I had ordered my churros for one which I was overly excited about she brought over an order that was ALMOST identical to what I had paid for, I had asked for her to bring the strawberries that I had ordered and she took the order away and placed it on another table for a seperate customer to eat... yet it was not theirs, nor mine. After the other customers corrected her saying it was not their order, the waitress continued to go around the entire shop to each table asking if they had ordered “churros for one with ice cream”. I approached her saying that it was in fact my order but it was just missing the strawberries but she looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. She finally brought out the correct order, without apologising for any inconvenience. Not only that, my friends had waited for me to get my order so they didn’t feel rude which left them with melted ice cream and chocolate that had hardened. As we sat and ate our cold, mediocre churros, we watched as the waitress messed up another following three orders. It must be a talent...

My boyfriend and I went to san churro at about 8pm on a Friday night. It was extremely busy and understood that there would probably be a large wait time which wasn’t an issue. We ordered one classic fondue platter no later than 8:10pm. After paying I waiting for a receipt which I never received. At about 8:40pm they bought us out the wrong order, but instead of asking what we did order they continued to look around for who might of ordered it when it was clearly a mix up. On three seperate occasions we tried to get the attention of a waitress and was completely blown off when trying to explain that we believe our order was mixed up. At 8:55 my boyfriend finally went to the counter to speak to someone because we had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time. They tried to pawn off the wrong order to us again even though it had been sitting on the counter for ages and it was not what we had ordered. Finally, they insisted on making a brand new fondue that we did not recive until 9:00pm making the wait time 50 minutes. We received no compensation and could not get a refund without the recipient which I was not given. This happens often at food establishments because we are teenagers. We are polite, paying customers and it just is not...
