I don't know what's wrong with these people who were serving behind the counter when it comes to what customer service means. The lady seemed from south east asian region and probably not much happy about her job. Experience I had was unacceptable about 4pm on Saturday the 5th Aug. I was waiting to be served after the previous customers,but she seemed busy with her phone. I waited for a while and asked 'are you all good to serve me'. Then she said to me that I should come and ask her first. She was not prepared to accept what I was pointing out. Normally they call the next customer otherwise how do we know whether they are ready or not to serve us. In the end I was unhappy and left without ordering. I went to the shop at 1:30pm on Sunday 10 Sept. I ordered the Matcha Smoothie and the with her unpleasant face made me a mango slush. I told her I ordered the Matcha smoothie not mango slush and she said she cant make a new one for me. But i told her that I’m allergic to mango and I cant drink that so she started making a new one but really aggressively (throwing stuffs and making loud noises). The whole experience was unhappy. I wouldn’t spend my time writing this but the matcha smoothie that she made for me was terrible just water and no flavour. I enjoyed my tea, meanwhile my husband was given sugar in his even though he didn't ask for sugar. He went to ask for a remake without sugar and the lady was extremely rude saying "I don't know how that's my problem" multiple times. She wouldn't remake it or give him a refund which is just not cool. She then went on to blame him saying he should have known to say "no sugar" just because I had been asked if I wanted sugar. Which makes less sense since you'd figure if she asked me she would have asked him too.
