An Incredibly Disappointing Experience

We had a truly awful experience at this restaurant. After placing an order for 15 people a day in advance and reserving a table for a special event, we still ended up waiting over 90 minutes for our food. We were 30 mins late and hoping that food must be ready, they literally started cooking in front of us. This was not only a logistical failure but also incredibly disrespectful of our time, especially given the planning that went into this meal. When the food finally arrived, it was a huge letdown. The quality was subpar, and the taste was bland. One of the most shocking parts of the night was the discovery that they had cooked our biryani in a fried rice pan. This speaks to a complete lack of care and professionalism in the kitchen. The customer service was as bad as the food. The staff was disorganized and unprofessional, but the worst part of the night came when the cooks and frontline staff started shouting at our group, telling us to leave while we were in the middle of our meal. This was an unbelievably rude and hostile act that completely ruined our night and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Given the unacceptable wait time, the incredibly poor food quality—which included cooking biryani in a fried rice pan—and the shockingly hostile and rude staff, I would never recommend this restaurant, especially for large groups or special events. We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite placing an order for 15 people a day in advance and reserving a table for a special event, the service was incredibly slow — we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive our food.

When the food finally arrived, it was below average in quality and taste. Definitely not worth the wait or the planning that went into this meal.

The customer service was poor across the board. The staff seemed unorganized and unbothered, and the person at the front of house was especially unprofessional — lacking even the basic manners or sense of hospitality expected in this industry.

They are quite fantastic and extremely nice and clean dishes with lovely taste and texture. I find a lot of i Indian restaurants have their curry’s wayy to hot to the point where you can’t even eat them and must wait like 5 minutes before even eating them but this place’s curry was perfect it came out at an hot heat and had a lovely smell I had the butter chicken and my dad had the cream mushroom curry and a platter that had lamb fish and sausage and chicken. The platter came out on a sizzling hot plate and was delicious they also had a cheesy naan bread that was great with the curry I honestly really enjoyed this place and would recommend it if you...
