Thebarton Eatilly Foodland — Local services in Adelaide

Used to be a fan but it doesn't take long to see through the cracks. Fresh fruit and vegetables often sold well past their used by date, pre-made salads, sandwiches and wraps kept in the display cabinets for days and often sold off (I think they are well overdue for a food safety inspection). Service level from staff is often poor, and when compared to other Foodlands it's in a very run down state with a poor range and quality of products. If you are no longer able to maintain your products and services to a high standard please sell your business to someone who is willing to put the money and effort in to give Thebarton the high quality supermarket...

Great Service even if not quick as cheap as Woolies & Coles, but their Service & Specials makes up for that. I will be visiting more often, even if a little out of way & not on my usual routes. Also they have been having now for some now Whole Scotch Fillet Steak going for $17kg & they will slice it for free too & same for even other Bulk buy Steak. You would not find these prices in Woolworths or Coles...

A good variety of hot dishes but it does run out quickly. Lots of other options if you miss their dishes of the day. Can order lunch and do a quick shop - nice shop. Got a brioche today and it was cremated so mostly inedible with black sections and some hard as a rock. Disappointing. Update: had a chicken wrap that had a sharp bone in it this week. Won't be ordering that ever again. Contacted them but...
