Very disappointed with customer service this week. Have ordered quite a few times via phone, but this time noticed the online order on their website. To say I was disappointed with experience is an understatement. When I arrived 3 hours later to collect my fresh bread, I was offered frozen, and told instore I should order a day ahead if ordering online (if this is the case, it shouldn’t give todays times for collecting). I was told to come back the next day for fresh, and when I returned I was again offered frozen as they didn’t have fresh available. Then they said they had my order yesterday, but thought it was being collected by door dash. Two trips, only to receive frozen bread, and blamed for the experience. They shouldn’t offer online order. Best place I know for middle eastern food. Their baqlawa is authentic and delicious, they have genuine mountain bread, thin round disks about 40cm wide, I have not seen these outside Lebanon before seeing them here at the bakery. The coffee shop is great, both expresso and Arabic coffee is available, with baqlawa, or savoury pastries such as manaysh. many dairy products, including a wide range of middle eastern cheeses, and yoghurts. Also a wide range of beans, lentals and grains. The only place I know selling both fine and course borgal wheat. Also white and brown borgal. Lots of middle eastern pickles, and tinned products. Shocking customer service. We placed an order and sat right next to the counter where they serve. After 25 minutes of waiting with only one table of 4 waiting also and who ordered after us. They received their food first before us and after waiting longer we asked where is our order.

Was then told “we have a problem with your order but I couldn’t find you”. Even though you walked past us so many times and sitting right next to where you serve.

Then couldn’t even be bothered bringing anything to us even though the restaurant was empty. Instead was just leaning over the side calling us to come over.

We didn’t get any apology for the now 30min delay and complete ignorance of us as customers.
