Was having a great time for the first 3 quarters of our 2 hour session. Was told on check in that it wasn’t busy and that if we weren’t slow, we would have time to complete all 5 courses. After the training, we completed 4 courses in an hour, each one was quite quick with no hold ups. Then we were really excited to get to the black course, when the staff wouldn’t let us in with half an hour still left on our session. We were told it would take 45 minutes. So our only option was to repeat a course we already done. The line up was so long with a slower group, that we waited on the stairs for 10 mins and end up going 10 minutes over our time slot anyway. The check in was closed for the day. It would have been nice to have been told prior, I would have skipped either the green or blue in order to do the black. It’s too expensive to book again just for one more course. I believe we would have had enough time, it wasn’t that busy and it would have just been common sense to let us on a longer track with no queue rather than repeat a track behind a slow group. Quite a disappointment in the end. Just wish we were advised at the beginning as I asked specific questions regarding the timing...

Outstanding! That’s the best way to explain our experience at the Tree Climb! We took our 2 eldest children, our 8 year old girl and our 5 year old boy.

First of all the the actual facility and all it offers is very impressive, it is clean and well maintained.

Second, the training the instructors provide is clear, even for young children and there is a small practice course on the ground to get used to the feeling of the equipment.

It was part fun and part confidence building that brought us to Tree Climb and both of our little ones were quite nervous. It took some persuading from us to get them to try it but the staff jumped in and between us and the staff they did all 3 courses, even the extra high one! A very special thank you to Liam and Emilie who went around the course with our son and daughter to give them the confidence they needed.

As I said at the start, our experience was outstanding and I highly recommend everyone who has kids that love outdoor fun or those who need confidence building to head there as soon as you can!!

Thank you once again, Adam and Lianne, parents of Amelia and Charlie. We will be back again soon and maybe even get our own feet...

The Tree Climb experience for children was REALLY great. I highly recommend it! Customer experience: The booking online was easy and straight forward, with follow up information and advice how to prepare before the climb. Also, all of the staff that we encountered on the day of the climb were absolutely friendly, professional, they smiled – from baristas, reception staff, people conducting the training to staff that accompanied my daughter on the actual climb. Also there is enough parking on the side of the road so that was also good. Food and beverage: Their coffee is very good, exceptionally good in fact. As far as food is concerned, I didn’t buy anything but there was enough variety and I know for a fact they’re looking to get healthier options as well. They also have plenty of drinks, ice-creams and enough variety for all age groups. Overall experience: My daughter absolutely loved the whole experience, and I have to admit spending $29 on the climb was worth every dollar I spent. I highly recommend the Tree Climb, and will do one myself. I will be back there again for sure. So overall, I give this...

First time doing tree climb and it was a lot of fun. Staff were all super nice and friendly, which made our experience really enjoyable. The tutorial was very straightforward and easy to follow. We only completed 3 courses because I was hesitant and didn’t think I would finish the most two challenging courses. We ended up doing the white course twice, which was basically going from one zip slide to another one. It could be a bit nerve wracking if it is your first time doing it, but eventually you will get over the fear and really enjoy it. One recommendation, take some $1 coins with you as you will need them for the lockers inside the hub. You can still go without, but it would be much easier with coins. It would be much more enjoyable if there hadn’t been so many people today. Regardless, it was quite fun. I highly recommend this place. We will come back next time we come to Adelaide. Thanks for the great experience.

Great hidden location right next to a main Adelaide road. Nicely presented with the Eco hut and subtle encroach on the native parklands. Challenging at times but always felt supported and supervised when needed. No choice but to get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. Courses for young kids as well as easy, intermediate and difficult rated courses. Add in the ziplines to finish each course! The guides are really friendly, approachable and passionate about their job. Constantly offer assurance, support and tips if you do have a brain fade. The final zipline finish is a little disappointing having to crash land into a sand embankment. If you're hot and sweaty already after racing through the course, this final landing leaves you caked with dirt and sand... That's about the only minor blemish I can really mention.
