Grind Roast Masters — Restaurant in Adelaide

Absolutely LOVE this place! Great atmosphere and the range of coffee and tea is amazing. In fact I have a week or so off work and am going in with my partner every day to try a different blend or two. The featured coffee is a great idea but it's nice that the staff will happily grind a cups worth of any blend that you choose. Hence my holiday coffee adventure! I have only been here four or five times but have already purchased three boxes of tea, lots of cups of coffee and am almost on to my second coffee loyalty card. The cafe food is amazing, especially the date and walnut crumble! I can't get enough of this unfortunately ( or fortunately, perhaps!) All home made which is really impressive in my book. The only thing better than the coffee and the food would have to be the staff. Absolutely top rate, helpful and very kind people. That's what really makes this place wonderful. I’ve been going to the Unley store awhile now mainly for pods, and now ground coffee. I’ve unfortunately had terrible interactions on several occasions with the manager of the Unley store. She is pretty unhelpful and seemingly disinterested in customer service or satisfaction. This seems to be pretty standard across her interactions with other friends also, who have since taken their business elsewhere. A reply to an email I sent to the founder of this chain revealed my expectations of a smile, and a useable grind of coffee were probably far too high, and nothing to do with their customer service or work.
