I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this store. I ordered a creamy mushroom chicken pizza, and the taste was extremely unpleasant, almost as if the ingredients were expired. This is not the first time it has happened before at this same location, which raises serious concerns about quality control.
When I returned to the store with the PIZZA to report the issue, I was met with unprofessional behaviour from the staff member, Meet. Instead of investigating or showing basic courtesy, he dismissed my concern and said that even if the pizza were remade, it would “taste the same.” His behavior made it seem like I was a first-time customer who didn’t know the taste of pizza, which was both insulting and unprofessional.
When I requested a replacement with another item, I was asked to pay an additional $3. The amount was never the issue I had already spent nearly $30 on the order. What mattered was the lack of willingness to take my concern seriously. The product smelled and tasted spoiled, yet instead of addressing a potential food safety issue, I was brushed off and told to pay more.

Today, the same staff, I with my partner, took an apologize card from domino we got earlier from a one hour late delivery order, just checking if I can use it WHEN I ORDER. Him, again, very crustily rejected, said the valid date and store wasn't filled, like I was tring to cheat a piece of chocolate? It is an apologize card for god sack, and not even a genuine one apparently, cause the date wasn't filled by DOMINO TEAM the first place. At least you can do is politely explain it?

Read moreBought 3 pizza's and a garlic bread for my family, when I picked up the meal I noticed that they were not using the pizza warmer shelf but instead had my pizza's sitting on a bare shelf getting cold. Once home the pizza's were almost stone cold, the New Yorker pizza was of very low quality, hardly any topping (just cheese really) and the vegorama had a very odd smell to it like it had rancid ingredients. Also the garlic bread was badly burned on-top. When I rang the store and asked for a refund I was told I had to drive back to the store at 11pm to prove it! The store attendant was pretty rude and just wanted me off the phone. I don't expect a 5 star meal from dominos but I don't expect cold tough stoogy pizza when I buy from the premium range and most of all I expect better customer service if something is not right.
