I called the store Friday after 5pm looking for a last minute gelato cake for the Saturday and Bella could not have provided better service! My son had his 14th Birthday and I desperately needed something within 24 hours.. She specially made me a choc mint and Vanilla cake with Oreo's and extras on the side with a beautiful happy birthday message on the box. Can't thank you enough team and it tasted fantastic!! I went yesterday to the Norwood outlet which I prefer to go all the time, the staff yesterday night on 21/12/76 around 10.00pm with one boy and 2 girls were awesome, It was my birthday and we got Sundae prepared by them, staff was so enthusiastic to sing a birthday song for me. They made the Sundae so beautiful that other customers were asking and surprised to see. I felt so good for that they made my day.
