Quick to take your order and get your food to you. Burgers are prepared right in front of you and they have a great selection of well accompanied burger ingredients that will suit any including the fussy. Not highly priced you still get a good quality burger. I had the chicken even though I'm usually a cheesburger guy. This was due to the fact they seem to squish the beef burgers infront of you to a thin pattie. Please take note I didnt try the beef pattie and will return to try it as it still looked worth several visits to try everything. The chicken cook was perfect and juicy. The chicken burger wasn't oversauced and held together nicely which means I wouldn't be affraid to eat here before going out in my nice clothes. Definitely give these guys a go you won't be disappointed. I was definitely upset I wasn't upsold those tatter tots as I watched others eating those delicious looking things. Sat outside and there was an musician playing across the road. I'd love to see them invite him more often...

Once upon a time I totally was on board with Nordburger, I've even gone so far as to say that they're among the best burgers in Adelaide so when friends had said recently that Nordburger had gone downhill I was pretty dismissive of the notion. But on a quick lunch stop today, I was pretty shocked at how bad it was. Both the burger and bun were way too greasy, the tater tots were cold, soggy and tasted below average. And above all else, the place was filthy... The hand washing sink (particularly the drain) didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages, the kitchen area looked totally rank (not just messy but actually dirty) and the dining area had upwards of ten used plates around the place with flies everywhere. All that coupled with poor ventilation, not a pleasant experience at all. The staff and their customer service was the only redeeming factor in all of this, but the owner and management really need to step up their game because for now, they've lost a once...

Ordered online via Uber as there is no phone number. There was no option to leave notes asking for one of the burgers to be well done. Went in and asked about the burger and by that stage it has understandably been cooked so it was tough to change. Couldn’t get an answer on if the burger was well done. Workers were reluctant to help resolve this. Ended up having to purchase another burger to ensure it was well done. The burger wasn’t really well done, more so the standard way they cooked it. The Uber order has bits missing from it too. Paid for extras on the burgers and they weren’t there. The feel you get from the staff is that they really don’t care about your concerns. Fortunately the food is usually pretty good there so that covered it up, but disappointing that we had to pay for another burger and have it be cooked like the others. Definitely not well done.
