I recently had the pleasure of dining at Argo on Parade, an experience that I can only describe as exemplary, delightful, and entirely satisfying, especially for those on a ketogenic diet. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance of the café was both warm and inviting. The staff exuded a level of friendliness that set the tone for what was to be a spectacular morning. What makes Argo stand out in the vast café landscape is their stunning menu catering to the keto lifestyle, a feature that's not so common even today. The breakfast I was served was nothing short of a masterpiece. It was not just a meal, it was a testament to their commitment to health and flavour fusion that sets them apart from their contemporaries. The meticulous presentation and careful attention to detail were evident in every bite. The staff at Argo on Parade were the epitome of pleasantness. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and showed genuine interest in ensuring my dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Their service was just another reason why I was so thrilled with my visit. Indeed, Argo on Parade does come with a slightly higher price tag than most cafés, but let me assure you, every cent is absolutely worth it. The quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the overall ambience of the café combine to offer real value for money. In a world where we often sacrifice quality for cost, Argo on Parade challenges this notion, proving that you can indeed have the best of both worlds - wholesome, delicious food that aligns with your dietary preferences, served in a setting that is both comfortable and chic. If you're looking for a café that not only caters to your dietary requirements but also makes you feel welcomed and appreciated, Argo on Parade should be at the top of your list. While it may be a little more expensive, the overall experience justifies every penny. I left Argo on Parade not just with a satisfied palate, but with the joy of a splendid start to my day. The memory of this culinary delight is sure to bring me back soon!

Absolutely LOVED @argoespresso in Adelaide! 🥰✨ This spot is the perfect blend of cozy and vibrant vibes, making it a go-to for anyone who loves good food and great energy. First off, the atmosphere is incredible! 🌟 The decor is stylish and welcoming, with a modern touch that makes you want to stay for hours. Whether you’re there for a quick coffee or a long brunch, the ambience is just perfect. Speaking of coffee, it’s top-notch! ☕️ The baristas really know their stuff, and you can tell they put a lot of love into each cup. The blend they use is smooth and rich, just the way I like it. I had a latte that was pure perfection, and I’m still thinking about it! 😍 Now, onto the food… WOW! 😋 The menu is super diverse, with something for everyone. Whether you’re into healthy options or feel like indulging, Argo’s got you covered. We tried their mango smoothy breakfast bowl and their egg and bacon roll, both so fresh and flavorful! 🍳🥓🥣 The portion sizes are generous, and everything is presented beautifully. Overall, Argo on the Parade is a must-visit in Adelaide. If you’re looking for a spot that ticks all the boxes – delicious food, amazing coffee, and a great atmosphere – this is it! 🌈 Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend! 💯

Really sad, I've always loved this place. Today (a Monday) I brought a friend for lunch who came to visit from interstate. We ordered through scanning from our table. Both of us ordered from our own phone 1 juice and 1 main meal at the same time. My friends juice came out very promptly. Then 30 minutes later my main came out. We waited for a total of an hour for my juice and her main before I went up to the counter where I very nicely asked if they could check if the juice and meal were still coming. The girl was very rude and said, we are busy so it will still be coming (so she wasn't going to check) I responded, still very friendly, saying it's just strange that she had only received her juice and I didn't and I had received my meal and she hadn't, so that's why I thought maybe there was a mistake. The girl serving responded, well that's the problem, you ordered separately, so we would never have been able to bring them both out at the same time... I then went to repeat how it wasn't that one of us had our full order and the other didn't it was we each received one item only from our order and it had been over an hour. The lady again, more aggressively told me that it was my problem and if we wanted things at the same time the we should have ordered it on the same phone. I was shocked and didn't understand why she was being nasty to me, when I was nothing but lovely (plus may I mention, I'm a customer and she's in a customer service role?!?) I then said, could you please just check. Which she said she would. After finally receiving our items, I found a caterpillar in my meal 🤢🤮 there was no way I was going back up to the counter to tell her. So my $30 meal was left uneaten. Absolute waste of money and I was embarrassed I brought my friend here. I would never recommend or come back.

Bustling bunch place on a weekend, expect some wait time during peak hours. (Would give 3.75 stars if I could). Whilst the service is really excellent, the food is a bit hit and miss. I personally don’t like how patrons have to order at the counter themselves, I would prefer table service as it gives an extra special feel. But since they have so many tables, I could understand why they’d do this- it would be stressful for staff to remember possibly making mistakes. I’ve been here twice and the coffee is good here. Pictured is the pulled pork omlette and a portobello toast dish (I think it’s been removed since). Flavours were good- but the pulled pork omlette got quite salty after a while. Sauce in the mushroom dish was nice but overall a bit bland (perhaps why it’s been taken off menu now ). Been back here recently last weekend (not pictured as we were so hungry ) and the Le omlette (signature omlette) has lots of vegetables inside it which made it quite wet. The diner style omlette itself was a bit bland and over cooked/ oily. Might try their nachos next time as they look good- the cafe has a great atmosphere but I probably wounldnt get their omelettes as it doesn’t suit my preference.

MVP of the day goes to the Apple Crumble French Toast🍎 It is topped with vanilla ice cream, dried apple slice, custard and cooked apple😋 . Also I’ll go back for the Korean Fried Chicken Bowl as the yellow ginger rice was so yummm! But the fried chicken is a bit dry. . Umami Burger was nice! I love the Wagyu beef patty & swiss mushrooms, we changed to the sweet potato fries 🍟 . We also ordered their signature Max Ketosis smoothie bowl, like their cute heart-shaped bowl and it’s overall refreshing and felt ready full after eating it🫶🏻 . It’s a bit pricey and takes a longer waiting time, but I love the atmosphere surrounded by flowers and all the colourful artwork 🖼 Worth a visit if you are walking around in Norwood ✨✨

A favourite in Adelaide when I visit, the only issue for indecisive me is the size of the menu and options. I can never decide what I want and there is so many choices from breakfast to lunch. Good coffee although almond milk has the cardboard taste to it which isn’t the most pleasant. Normal latte is nice. I had the omelette the first time we went and it was very dry and not very pleasant. Hands down best item is the takeaway breaky by beau!!! In the fridge it is a choc mousse and soaked oats with chia and the ball of home made peanut butter 🥜 yum! My partner gets one every morning when he visits!!
