Food is okay, service is snail slow even if you just want something out the front heated up (it took my chicken flatbread 20m to come). The same chicken flatbread was very oily btw.
Indoor seating setup is weird; there are large pillows but nothing to lean against except overextended glass, the table was too low, the large cushions don't fit the benches so they keep shifting. I did not enjoy back pain.
My first visit, the food came 25m later. My subsequent visit, the food came about 20m later. Average wait for food is around 20m, regardless of whether the food is pre-made.
My second visit: I tried asking the estimate time it will take to prepare my food, he answered "we are still serving people's orders ahead of you". Not a good response. I asked politely and was planning my time if I should order here or the next cafe over (which is able to provide me an ETA) because I had to go back to work.
My third and last visit: I asked for 'pick-your-own-ingredients' kinda sandwich, they looked confused. They told me that I can pick from preset ingredients. Ok. I ordered turkey and cranberry sauce sandwich. The turkey smelled bad.. and it came with an ingredient that was not listed on the preset - it was bean sprouts and I hate them. I also got stared at by the staff the whole time I was eating (due to the fact that I ordered something unusual?? Or because I'm eating sandwiches weirdly?), made me...

A short time later our meals arrived.....stunning presentation, fresh food perfectly cooked and tasty!
Good management, great service and fresh food cooked to...
Read morePretty cool. It's nothing special, in fact, the coffee was mid and the food was overpriced. There's not much to say about it, because the stuff wasn't bad, it just costed more than it was worth. I even asked one of the employees and he said they just bought it from a store. Honestly, I'd recommend you go to woolies instead, but if you're looking for a cafe this isn't a bad choice, there are...
