Worst customer service and rude attitude of staff.
Mawson lake Hungry jacks -Staff is very very very rude behaviour. As specially staff name Shelby/chelvy is behave very rudely.( if I have negative option then I would like to use this time).
Incident : I have show my mobile one voucher for combo offer and she told that we want physical copy of voucher to book order Which was surprised in such digital time. I requested here that every time I was using the same mobile one voucher code for combo offer but she denied to book order and she has no sense to say sorry or any Proffesional etiquette for customer.
We asked her name as name badge was not wear so might be name spelling would be wrong .
We are living in Parafield and regular customer but this rude behaviour and worst customer service.
She has denied to take order based on digital voucher code and she want physical hard copy for order for any promo. Does we are 21st century, where we still believe in physical copy of pepper.
We asked provide copy of promo copy she said we don’t have any copy .
We are eight people and we walk out with out food because of her behaviour and worst worst worst customer service.
I am using Hungry jacks since long with digital voucher from other branch but only Mawson lake branch have always issue. Let avoid this branch and teach some lesson about customer service.

Read moreTerrible service from the drive thru. I placed my order and drove to the window and received my drink and then waited for over 15 minutes for the single burger and chips to come out. What made it worse is the line of traffic behind me waiting for their food. While I was waiting I was constantly ignored while the young staff members joked around and made drinks constantly. Finally my food was delivered to the drive thru counter by a young lady and the young man was supposed to pick it up and give it to me through the window. Well the bag of food sat on the counter for over 5 minutes while I got more frustrated that they had forgotten me. I finally beeped my horn to get some ones attention and I heard the manager telling the young lady that someone is beeping. She finally came to the window and I told her I was frustrated and been sitting in drive thru for over 15minutes. She went to give me the bag of food and I said it’s been sitting there for over 5 minutes it’s cold now. She went and made me a new order. I waited for another couple of minutes and finally got the food. I left and only ate half the burger as it was tasteless and ate some of the chips as they were a horrid yellow color. Read moreFalse display of prices and they don't care, charge you more and make you question yourself. We went through with small chips advertised at $1.50 and added something not on the board (ice cream) in front of us. I was charged $6.20 which sounded a bit much and when I asked her to confirm she stuck to the price so I assumed a simple ice cream cone had more than doubled but thought whatever its 2025.
Later on I rang to confirm the price of ice cream since a friend who works at another store said "there's no way they're $3.20, they're $1 something ", sure enough - the friend was correct and the man on the phone said $1.XX", I explained what I ordered and the man said the chips are no longer $1.50, I said this is displayed at the drive thru and all I got was "oh yeah she should have explained that, guess she didn't".
They're just leaving up incorrect prices, slugging customers and carrying on like this is okay, not to mention actually against Australian Consumer Law.
They don't care about this at all.
How they get away with it and fail to see their problem here...
