KFC Marion Mall Food Court — Restaurant in Adelaide

A while ago I went here with my father, when we sat down, my father took his first bite of his meal, and it was raw, there was blood coming out of the chicken! in fact all of his chicken was raw, so he returned it and asked for non raw chicken. When he recieved his replacement for his raw chicken, both of us were shocked to find that this chicken was also raw! It took my father another two times replacing his chicken until he got actually cooked chicken. Too say this is poor quality is an understatement.

So a long time after this incident, my family and I were looking for a place to eat lunch, my mother not wanting to spend too much money said to eat at one of the restaurants at the Food court. Despite warning my sister multiple times about this establishment she insisted on eating here. When I was ordering the food, it was like I had to repeat my order ten times for the manager to understand me. When we recieved our food, my mothers burger (if you could call it that) was smaller than my palm with barely anything on it. The other burgers we recieved were practically the same, they all appeared to have been slopped together in a hurry with no care for how they looked (although to be honest, this is not uncommon for KFC). The hot rods were pretty good though.

If you're looking for somewhere to eat at Marion do not eat here, try any of the many other places that are there, not only are they better quality but probably also cheaper too. Btw this was...

The worst service of any fast food I've been... I tried to order a meal Thursday 17 /1/19 , was stepping up to order after waiting in line when a group of women cut in front, the KFC employee served them despite seeing I was next.. employee allowed this to happen twice again before I decided that KFC Marion definitely didn't want my money so I went to Subway and had a great meal and fantastic service.... I know KFC is in a food court and it's rubbish food, but the staff at their Westfield Marion are probably the rudest group I have ever seen. Obviously I'm not alone judging by all the one...

Customer Service

Ok yesterday I was here to order my food I asked for the Go Bucket and when I didn't hear the girl ask "Is there a drink with that" she asked again in a disgusting tone of voice asking the same question Now I have trouble possessing sentences in my head and when she spoke to me like that, it scared me This girl needs to be taught how to talk to people in a kind and respectful matter

It's just common sense and respect and that is the basics of customer service

In conclusion: this girl was very rude and didn't give me time to order a frozen drink and assumed I was finished...
