Little Cafe on Churchill — Restaurant in Adelaide

I was hoping for a better meal than what I had. I found the Corn and Zucchini fritters dry, very under seasoned and mostly flour to be honest not to forget pretty thin. The Relish was more like cooked tomatoes and again lacked flavour. A half an avocado on top was too much and I found myself adding salt 2 or 3 times to add some kind of flavour. I didn't finish it. It was presented well but I wouldn't order it again. I've had far better elsewhere. Granola bowl was nice and coffee was ok. For the minimum amount of us seated I found the meals took a while to come also. The conversation with the owner and a guy waiting for his order at the counter took over the place and that was off putting and not my idea of a cozy breakfast. To be honest we wont go back but I am disappointed as this looked so much better than we found it. Perhaps we had an unusual experience but I wouldn't be spending more money...

I came here for breakfast on Mother's Day with my boyfriend. I had a Vegan Full Breakfast and Flat White coffee with almond milk. The food was healthy but a bit pricey and would have been more enjoyable if it had been hotter. My coffee was well presented and full (although some of it spilled in the saucer when it was laid on the table by the barista). It had a nice flavour but unfortunately it wasn't hot enough, just like my meal.

Other faults were two flies hanging around, only having one set of cutlery at our table (making me take a set from the table nearby) and the unhygienic placing of the cutlery facing upwards.

We will give the cafe another chance though by coming back as the standards may have dropped due to being busy making Mother's Day High Tea in...

I came in, asked the guy if I could have some takeaway cutlery, and specifically said that I was happy to pay for them as well. He just said he couldn’t do that because he doesn’t have a button for it. On top of that I just spent $10 on a juice before even asking for some cutlery. That’s just bad customer service and stingy. Hope u have better day day next time buddy! *update: hi mate, thanks for the super helpful suggestions! We’ve ordered takeaway and coffee from the shop multiple times over the year, you should have just offered the cutlery 😅. Yea juice was alright for $10, but your attitude stank dude. And the laundry mat next to your cafe always smell like marạiuana....
