I bought food from this place. I was ordered double chicken feed pic (1) for 8 people and cost from $ 59.95 for my family of 4 & my dog. There were 2 Indian workers there, but the lady asked the man & the lady came back and told me that there was only 1 chicken left. indeed at that time I only saw 1 chicken left on the grill. I said it’s okay because I thought they were closing. So I order for single feed for 4 people pic(2). 1 whole grill chicken & 2 wraps cost almost $30, its over price and missing piece of chicken. crispy wings 5 for $ 9.95 and it was burn & taste yuck. large chips $8.50, 2 sauce and corn I don’t know how much, all of them was $ 54.51 she is not giving my receipt. I was call my hubby tell him it’s only one chicken left and he said they close at 11 pm. Then I accidentally saw the chicken on the grill they were making it again. They did not ask me to make another one for me if I want to wait..? like kfc normal fast food and of course I will wait, because I ordered for a double feed portion before. Well it seemed they did not want to make it. I felt I have been scam by the two workers. like she said only 1 left chicken however they make it more. Very, very poor service. There were a couple of people waiting for their orders when I arrived and they seem like they had been waiting for a while given their facial expressions of frustration. I waited over 9min to be served and waited over 15min to be served the food. There was 1 individual behind the counter who was doing both the good preparation and the cooking while his colleague was seating on the side having lunch and watching his colleague sink in the volume of orders coming through. A few customers could not stand the wait and just left without placing any orders.
