After being a customer for at over 20 years and never once complaining i decided to call and let them know that we were disappointed with the last few deliveries as we did not receive the pizzas topped as we ordered. i let it go the first and second time but after the third time i thought i should let them know. I was polite and the owner was apologetic and said he would send me another replacement i said not to worry about it but i just though he should know. Well tonight i phoned to order some pizzas and was appalled to be told that we were not welcome to order home delivery because we complained. Go figure i guess their business is booming and they don't need to keep their loyal customers who...

This was a very unfortunate experience for me as I was really looking forward to dinner. We preferred for delivery as we were both really tired.

The spagehetti marinara was extremely fishy (which I must admit I’d never experienced before) - it could’ve been the seafood mix that was used? One of the mussels that we had was in the pasta was very shut (dead/not fresh mussels). The additional mussels in the pasta were tiny, which led me to believe they may have used a seafood mix.

The vegetable risotto was nice so if I was to ever go back, perhaps I might order that? The steamed vegetables were nice too (not over cooked).

The pepperoni pizza was not bad either.

Terrible service and disappointing food. Called 2 hours in advance for delivery—ordered 2 party BBQ chickens and 1 party vegetarian. Delivery came 30 minutes late (7:30pm instead of 7:00pm) with only 2 pizzas. The poor delivery driver called the owner, who rudely insisted he “doesn’t make mistakes” despite my family confirming the correct order.

I had to wait another 45 minutes for the missing pizza and still had to pay for it, even though it was their mistake. When it finally arrived, it was burnt, soggy, sloppy, and barely had toppings. Completely unacceptable....
