I was really looking forward to having a meal here as I have heard really great things over the past few years. The atmosphere is amazing and the service was really good. The staff were friendly and looked after us very well. The food was enjoyable but was lacking in presentation. While I did enjoy all of my food it was missing that little extra something that I was expecting from a nicer restaurant. I had ordered the beef Rendang for mains but because the sauce was on the thin side the sauce was running all over the flat plate it was served on I didn’t take a picture of it as I was hungry from a busy day and was mostly just excited to dig in. I feel like if this dish had been served in a dish that had higher sides leaving less room for the sauce to side it would have definitely looked amazing. For dessert I had the mango sticky rice as I’m a sucker for mango sticky rice. Again from the picture I took defiantly lacking in overall presentation and I was a sad to receive only a drizzle of mango compote instead of fresh mango which I was expecting now that mango season has started. Finding a car park was probably the hardest thing. After much thought I decided to only give 3 stars for food as it was still enjoyable it just didn’t excite me. I would definitely been keen to try again, just maybe not in the near future. Thank you again to the amazing team who looked after us because at the end of the night we all really enjoyed our evening.

We had a lovely banquet last night. I should have a photo of the entree plate. But we ate it quickly and really enjoyed it. Entree was beef satay and prawns and papaya salad. All the other food from the banquet are here. We all really enjoyed it. We also had part of our wedding here last year. It was fantastic. Great service. All the girls are lovely. Always a big Thank you to Sharon šŸ™‚

Pretty good experience. Very busy place on weekends so book early. Good ambience to the place, food & drink offering is fantastic but some serves we recieved were on the smaller side considering normal mains. Get in early to order as the wait time can be lengthy on the busy nights but like i said a good overall experience

Ordered squid dish for main. 6 small pieces of squid and serving size was unbelievably small and the lettuce was old and mouldy and I couldn't eat it. It was the same size as my son's prawn entree. Paid about 28 dollars for it. I asked waitress to check if there was a mistake and I'd received an entree size, then checked with manager. Manager came over and said it was the main, I said it was really small and the same size as an entree. There was no reaction at all to the fact I was really unhappy with it. She had a "too bad" attitude and just walked off. I don't complain at all if unhappy with a meal but I'd assume them to be apologetic or at least offer a complimentary drink or ask if you wanted to order an additional dish that would at least fill you. I had to stop somewhere and grab dinner on way home. Appalling and won't be back nor recommend to any of my friends. Plenty of other restaurants in ttg that offer great food. It's one thing that the meal was well below average but another the manager there didn't care at all. Other waitress were...

Be warned… Don’t go if it’s going to be busy -especially this time of year. We were warned by wait staff as we sat down that we had to get our orders in before the large party group … so we did.. entree and mains -this was at 6.45pm…entrees finally arrived at around 7.20… then by 8.30 when the four of us noticed other guests who ordered after us receiving their mains we asked where ours was. The response was ā€˜ well we are busy so you should have ordered earlier’. We said we had been here for 2 hours already. Basically they had forgotten our order but no apologies. The mains arrived at 8.45. A few minutes later a waitress came to the table and said we could have a drink on the house - we had already had a couple of drinks while waiting but said ok. Then one of those was not delivered as well! A discount off the bill would have been more appropriate.

Concerning that there’s a young boy (looks about 10) preparing drinks in...
