Read moreCame here for the first time today for some breakfast and coffee. The guy taking the orders was not very warm or inviting - it almost felt like I was inconveniencing him. Though, he seemed somewhat friendly to other patrons so I'm not sure what the deal is there.
The breaky burgers we ordered were actually pretty good! The coffee though, has a very harsh/bitter/acidic taste and isn't what we would consider "good" coffee.
The food and coffee was prepared quickly, and the women working in the kitchen were lovely. I am not sure why the guy was assigned as front-of-house with such an abrasive personality, especially customers he's never seen before.
It was also a bit more expensive than other comparable options in the area.

The baked goods were reasonably priced and flavourful, brother didnt like how creamy the berry cheesecake was but eh I didnt mind it
But our biggest gripe was the coffee Its a mix of super burnt milk and not strong enough coffee shot I dont want to say they used off milk because im not an expert but last time I drank a coffee with the after-taste that this one had it was from a $2 coffee machine from a wreckers (u-pull-it)
Im sure its just that the barista got distracted and let the milk get too hot or something but eeeehhh it was so nasty me n the bro after finishing our baked goods we walked out and poured our coffees...
