McDonald's Frewville — Restaurant in Adelaide

Got a cheese burger meal with 2 large fries and was asked to wait whilst they cooked fresh fries which is fine and they where relatively quick with the order and polite but the food tasted like it came straight out of the forgotten section of the fridge. Cold, stale and horrible. If I have to wait for food in order for it to be made fresh I don’t expect it to taste like it was made 3 months ago and transported from the depths of Narnia.

Wouldn’t let me post another review on this deplorable establishment so here we go adding to the last one.

Decided to get a Mcchicken burger on the way home from work easy, burger bun, lettuce, mayo and a chicken burger patty.

I was wrong, I was greeted by a child little more than 13 years old, hastily pointed towards the payment machine then I slid into a line of the damned.

The moment I arrived at the window I was triumphantly presented my order, unfortunately upon opening the burger I found a hideous, stale half baked attempt to make food.

The fact that this places primary source of income is producing “food” is worrying.

The owners of this franchise won’t read this nor would they respond or even think about changing anything but if I can sway at least one person from this sad excuse for a “restaurant” then I have done my job.

Guy with the rubbish...

I was in Frewville McDonalds on a Friday afternoon to get some lunch and a man in a button up shirt behind the counter, who I believed was named ‘Kieran’ (most likely the manager), was shouting like a complete moron at the clearly young/teenage staff serving customers. He threatened them on numerous occasions, and was shouting across the store at workers who were simply trying to do their job. I honestly could not believe such mistreatment of staff was happening at such a large fast-food chain. On top of that, he was shouting ‘THIS IS CHAOS’ like a completely deranged person who should be an inpatient down the road, and I honestly couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be a joke or not. Also, not too sure why he referred to the food being served to people as ‘dog food’ - especially being in a management position. He should be sacked immediately. I am not too sure how this man got to this position, but the store will undoubtedly benefit without him and his terrible attitude in a workplace. Won’t be returning simply because of how this power-hungry, egotistical loser was...

This is my local Maccas. If I have a choice, I would NEVER visit this store. The restaurant is dirty, especially the outdoor children play area. Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty slides, etc.

They got my order wrong a few times, inc missing items. It was a pain to get them fix their mistake. You have to visit the restaurant and ask for their manager, then provide exact details about your order, date and time etc. Then the manager will bring out a HUGE diary. If they find this mistake recorded in their diary, then you are in luck, they will give you the missing item. If they don’t find this recorded in their diary, then bad luck!

Drive through is also a hit or miss. There were occasions where they keep taking orders from the other line and ignoring me. There was one occasion I just gave up and leave the queue after 4-5 cars ordered from the other line and drove passes me. Very upsetting and especially my kids were in the car. They keep asking me why they are not taking our orders. I would give a ZERO star if I can! WORST...
