I have a couple of complaints to make and I hope this can be taken action by the management. Today, I ordered through UberEats and had missing items. Surely the crews preparing and presenting the order can read the grill slip. I asked for extra caesar dressing for my salad and it came with nothing at all, nor with cutlery. I would've let it pass, but this happened THREE times already. This is completely unacceptable, I am also a manager at another McDonalds and I believe your crews maybe even managers need more coaching. Yes, I've received my refund through the UberEats app, but its still shouldn't be happening.
Another thing, one time I drove through drive-thru. It wasn't very busy. I was told to 'park' because there was a wait on grilled chicken (I understand) but the waiting bay was full, with another car behind each cars. Now my initiative thought was to just park in the lot since I didn't want to hold up anyone behind me. so I parked very near the entrance door. The lady brought our order out to us, but clearly expressing her frustration about having to walk out to bring our order out and told us we weren't supposed to park there, but I told her the situation. Now, this ain't just it. We ordered a drink with our meal and she didn't bring it with her and told us to drive back around to get it and she'll give us another drink on top of it. Well first of all, lady you have two hands and you're definitely capable of holding ONE drink on the other as the bag was only a "b-bag", so we wasted out time/gas to drive around and weren't even given the correct drink, ordered no sugar, was given vanilla coke and normal coke. The lady is of Indian/Middle Eastern decent and was wearing glasses and was wearing the cafe uniform, I believe she is now a manager, dont know how ahaha.
By far the worst experience I've gotten. Oh and pay attention to your front counter...
Read moreNever before have I ever encountered such laziness and unprofessional behaviour from staff at a McDonald's restaurant! I came here for my son to attend a birthday party, we were a little early so I ordered some fries for my son because he was already hungry. When they were ready, the lady with our order called out our number, I acknowledged and indicated to her where we were sitting. She just stood behind the counter expecting me to come and get the food, despite the fact that there is a sign on the counter stating that our food will be brought to us. When I didn't get up, she waved the bag in front of herself to prompt me to get up, when I didn't, she rolled her eyes and brought the food out. A few minutes later, I observed some children running a mock in a room that had a sign on the door saying "closed for parties". I looked over at the counter and could see that staff were watching them. The children continued with their play for another ten minutes, in that time, the mother who's child was having the party arrived. I checked with her that the children weren't guests of the party, and then informed the staff that they weren't. To which I received the response in a very rude manner "well I guess that they've got some pretty bad parents then, huh?". All that had to be done was politely tell the children that they weren't meant to be in there, but instead she chose to be rude to a customer! Not once, but twice in the space of fifteen minutes or so, I was given the impression that the staff expect the customer to do half of their...
Read moreBurger serving sizes can vary widely depending on the restaurant and the type of burger being served. Some restaurants may offer larger portions as part of a special promotion or menu item, while others may focus on smaller, more manageable sizes.
While it may be tempting to suggest that restaurants should serve at least 5 burgers in one meal, it is important to consider the practicalities of such a suggestion. Five burgers would be a very large and filling meal, and it is unlikely that many customers would be able to eat that much food in one sitting. Additionally, larger portions can lead to increased food waste and may not be sustainable from an environmental or economic perspective.
Instead of focusing on the number of burgers served in a single meal, it may be more productive to consider the overall quality and value of the meal. Customers may be more satisfied with a smaller portion of a high-quality burger made with fresh, flavorful ingredients than a larger portion of a lower-quality burger. Restaurants can also offer a variety of sides and drinks to help round out the meal and provide additional value.
Ultimately, the size of burger servings at restaurants is a matter of personal preference and can vary widely depending on the restaurant and the type of burger being served. Rather than focusing on a specific number of burgers served in one meal, it is important for restaurants to offer high-quality food at a fair price, and for customers to make informed choices about what and how much they...
