McDonald's Trinity Gardens — Restaurant in Adelaide

My son and I recently visited the McDonald’s at Trinity Gardens, and we had a fantastic experience. My son is a big fan of their Big Mac and McChicken burgers, and this visit did not disappoint.

Food Quality: The Big Mac was as delicious as ever, with its perfectly balanced layers of beef patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and the special sauce that we all love. The McChicken burger was also very tasty, with a crispy chicken patty and fresh lettuce, making it a satisfying meal.

Service: The service at this location was prompt and friendly. The staff were attentive and made sure our order was accurate and served quickly, which is always appreciated, especially when dining with kids.

Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The tables were promptly cleared and sanitized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly.

Ambience: The seating area was comfortable, and we found a nice spot to enjoy our meal. The location had a pleasant vibe, making it a great place for a quick bite or a casual family meal.

Overall Experience: We had a wonderful time at the McDonald’s Trinity Gardens. The quality of the food, coupled with excellent service and a clean environment, made our visit enjoyable. My son can’t wait to go back for another Big Mac, and I’m looking forward to trying more items from their menu.

The service is pretty good sometimes. Especially that indian guy, (i am not racist. ppl are getting too sensitive these days) he is so nice and he always have the smile on his face. That is what i like about this mcdonald. However, a girl who have provided me the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life. Normally, the sundae would be ready in 3 mins. But i wait about 10 mins for my sundae. There are 3 staffs are totally free. There are only 2 orders at that time(including my order) They were just talking to each other and literally doing nothing. After about waiting for 5 mins, one of the staff come to me and ask have i ordered or what. She is very kind. I told her i already order the stuff and been waiting there for about 5 mins. She went to the counter checked my order and tell me it will come soon. And after about 2 mins. I can see they are prepareing my sundae. But i also noticed that one of the staff are using a spoon to get the stawberry sacue for a plastic cup. That plastic cup is for the one dollar freeze (or forza i am not sure about the name). I think that cup was used by someone for something else before. It is just disgusting. I have send my feedback to mcdonald few days ago. and the manager have respond me at this morning for the photos i have taken. That is good because i can see they are taking it seriously. That is it. The sentences may have some grammar mistakes....

We were very disappointed with our experience tonight. We arrived at 9:25 PM and noticed that the tables and chairs on the right side were occupied, while those on the left were already tidied up. Our group of 15 asked a male staff member if we could use the left side, and he agreed.

However, a few minutes later, a female staff member approached us in a very disrespectful manner, questioning why we were seated in that area. We explained that the male staff had allowed us to sit there, but she wasn’t happy with our response. We politely assured her that we would tidy up the area after we finished, which we did.

When we went to collect our food, another female staff member asked us again why we were seated there and suggested we should have sat outside, even though it was cold, and we had small children and elderly people with us.
