It was so bad I wanna give it a ZERO but that's not possible, so i give it a 1. The service was absolutely horrendous, my friend and i went last night (5/8/25) around 11:30pm and made an app order, but for some reason it went through to the kitchen without being paid for even though it let me do Apple Pay and click where I was picking it up from and even gave us an order number. When we got to the 2nd window the manager told us it wasnât paid for which is weird because it was an app order, so it wouldâve been paid in-app. She then told us to drive around again and then proceeded to explain to us very rudely for the 2nd time that it didn't go through when we reached the speaker box, which we understood the 1st time. When we asked to cancel our order for the 1st time at the 1st window the cashier was visibly annoyed at us called the manager over again, to which she rolled her eyes at us, rude, and again she told us that the order didnât go through MULTIPLE times, which we had already made clear we understood. We also asked to cancel the order several times after this, which obviously wasnât being communicated well to neither the cashier or manager. As girls who also work in fast food we understand that app issues happen sometimes, but we didnât appreciate the attitude from these people, no customer service skills or manners were shown from the ladies at Enfield maccas last night.    Read moreThis was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences Iâve had at a McDonaldâs.
I placed an online order, drove quite a distance to pick it up, and upon arrival, the staff simply told me, âWeâre not taking online orders right now, you should cancel it.â No apology, no solution, just a careless suggestion to cancel and leave. When I questioned it, I was told I shouldâve called before coming; which completely defeats the point of an online ordering system.
After a heated discussion, the manager finally came out, barely interested in the situation, and eventually agreed to prepare the order. But even then, I was told to go in the parking lot and wait. I ended up waiting for almost 20minutes, and was still asked to come back and wait another 5 minutes at the counter; all in the cold, for an order that shouldâve been ready in the meanwhile.
The staff clearly lacked training and professionalism. If youâre unable to fulfill online orders at certain times, then the option should be turned off; plain and simple. Donât make it the customerâs problem.
This wasnât about money; it was about the inconvenience, disrespect, and lack of basic customer service. It was the complete disregard for someoneâs time and effort that made this experience infuriating.
To the staff and management: I genuinely hope you experience the same kind of treatment in life, only then will you truly understand how it feels to be treated like nothing.

First time, it was a super rude girl at the drive through at 5 in the morning.
Second time, ordered warm chicken salad-informed they had peri peri dressing-was ok with it; salad handed to me without dressing, upon request balsamic vinegar dressing was given; "sorry don't have peri-peri."
Today, temperature was hitting 45, thought I'll buy frozen raspberry for partner and coke mcspider, was informed raspberry was not available but only coke; fine decided to go with a frozen coke and mcspider coke. Knowing the efficiency of this place, asked twice to make sure the lady got my order right. Surprise, surprise was handed frozen raspberry and mcspider raspberry and informed no coke was available. Picked the mcspider and left the other one and drove away, I just didn't have the strength to explain the whole story of what I was told blah blah for a dollars worth. I feel sorry for McDonald's Inc for letting any Tom, Dick and Harry to be able to buy McDonald's Franchise. Also, I can understand that you like to cut costs by hiring under 18s, but why rip people off like this by not training staff or hiring people who don't give a damn? Will avoid this hole...
