**2025 gave them another go The order was wrong for 3 items. 3 of 4. They ended up sending some vouchers close to the value of the issue. We used them and literally had staff taking our order then next second squealing and squaking in the headset in the drive thru making a complete unprofessional and somewhat embarrassing situation for themselves. Nothing unexpected had happened, we got to hear the whole thing of saying bye to what we assume the young girls (you could hear a few) workplace male friend. We then had to completely repeat our order from the start while it went to the other screen, the first window didn't offer a receipt or even mention driving down, she was off as soon as we pay waved. The second one handed some food and sent us off and I sat there knowing she had forgotten a bag and she was off, coming back with next lot before realising. No apology or anything, just chucked it in her hurry.
They staff here are not making a good look for McDonalds in the slightest. We emailed the manager who supplied the vouchers about all of this and after over a week, it's just gone completely ignored.
Pre 2025: I dont have high expectations from McDonalds but I can safely say this has made the most screw ups out of any I have ever been to due to negligent staff who aren't interested in problem solving if you're nice about it. Don't bother sucking your frappe for at least six minutes they either dont crush the ice long enough or need a new device to do this part. The straws cant handle it especially these new paper straws that are basically unuseable after a few minutes anyway, I'd like to see how quick a kid screws one of these if I'm an adult who tries to be delicate with them. Don't bother trying to order a meal at breakfast, it'll never be right. While pregnant I was craving toasties, new to the area, ordered 7 and only 2 of them were just tomato and cheese the rest ALWAYS ended up with ham despite asking for tomato and cheese and after 3 hams I even said I'm pregnant, can't have ham "yeah yeah all good", always got given ham. I now skip it and just go to a different McDonalds. we went to approach registers but staff member redirected us towards the self order machines. She helped us with our order (even tho it was a big order for self order), made sure everything we wanted was on the end list. After finalizing that at self order, we had to walk back to the registers anyways to pay because I was paying in cash. We than waited about five minutes or so than we left to go home and have our McDonalds. Got home to realize that not only did they disappoint on one burger, they gave three wrong burgers. Was not meant to have pickles, still did. Was meant to have an extra beef patties, did not. I can not stand the taste of the pickles, dont want to sound more rude than I already do but thats why I asked for no pickles on the burgers in the first place. Straight after realizing the order was wrong called the McDonald's to let them know that they got our order wrong, the girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, gave her the details on the receipt but she couldn't found our order, so I asked what they could do and said to me that i would be able to come in to get a free Cheeseburger with an extra beef pattie. Asked if I could come in another time and she said yeah, but thought she was gunna take my name and number? Told me I had to give a specific date and time on when I next would be at McDonalds? Like seriously, she could of just took and name and number and checked ID on my next visit? But all good, tonight was the worst customer service we're ever gotten...

This week i ordered a fillet fish meal, the bun was dry and the fries were luke warm.and shrivelled like the only thing keeping them warm was the light above the fryer area. I didnt have time to turn around to complaib & asked for fresh food. Today at 3:30pm i ordered a medium Agnus meal. My burger once again looked like each ingredient was thrown on top of the meat pattie. My fries were once again heated up shriveled non edible food. I went in this time, the staff memeber agreed to cook a fresh order. It was ready within minutes. To be honest, i wasnt sure if my fries had just been dipped back into the fryer to warm them up. I would like to know if your staff are taught how to build a burger, the right amount of ingredients, to put pride in what they are serving to customers.. I don't think they are and serious training is needed. Over the uears we have had to return so much to this store and yes we give the benefit of the doubt, but it just keeps happening. How long should your food stay in.the warmer before its considered not good for consuming. If i had time i would have asked for a refund. not sure if it was the manager who handed me replacement meal but no.apology, just a sour face like she was annoyed at me.
