Mozza Pizzeria — Restaurant in Adelaide

I never write reviews but this one just had to be done! Went for a family dinner & my 2 children under 3 years of age where also present & my pregnant sister in law. Booking initially was booked for 6.15pm however received a message saying for us to come at 6.30pm due to a large booking they had. Arrived on time with everyone & ordered food & drinks within 15 minutes. The time is now 8.15pm & our order was no where to be seen. The restaurant had tables booked which 1 table in particular was getting priority service over everyone (not to mention this table of guests came at 7pm). Only once throughout that time we’re we offered drinks & check ins & when that 1 waiter was told we haven’t received our order, he didn’t even check to see where our order was at this point, just went straight to another table! When the waitress came over & asked how everything was, we said we haven’t received our order & how much longer would it be & she said 10 minutes which meant our food wasn’t going to be out until 8.30pm! We got up & left after waiting so long! Just very disgusted with this lack of service & acknowledgement & to see other tables getting their food before us was just really sad! I wish I could do no stars as they don’t even deserve 1 after our experience last night! I can wait up to 45 mins but an hour & a half that’s disgusting! We left the restaurant starving & disappointed & my poor son was crying on the way home he was really looking forward to eating pizza! Was offered a bottle of wine & voucher but after the lack of service & communication we won’t ever be eating here after last...

Unfortunately, super disappointed in my experience here. I am vegan and checked the menu beforehand, it says at the bottom specifically they have menu items to cater to these dietarys. I ask the host as we sit down what options they have for vegans are and she looked baffled and said nothing? Salad? A pizza without cheese but that would be dry. The chef happened to walk past and she said can we do vegan and he said yes. She then just said okay we will make you something, I wasn’t told what, if it was a pizza or pasta nothing. I got a tomato, artichoke, broccoli, olive oil salad. Which was fine, however I was charged more than my friends pasta for this, $28. We were also charged for tap water which was rather disappointing. I’m sure this place is fabulous for those without dietary requirements, the staff are nice and a very cute venue. Just sharing my experience for other vegans considering...

This place was a new surprise to us for dinner and it was amazing!! A reminder of our style...our food! 👌

The service is wonderful and fast, but the staff is even better!! Friendly, helpful and patient...on busy or non nights....she was amazing!! Guided us through the menu, what's popular, helps the teens! Hard to find in some places these days...

The food is all full of so many different flavours, no matter what plate you decide to eat...just amazing, that we couldn't believe how delicious it was!!

The pasta is perfect, the best one, my favourite was the focaccia as it's so thick and soft each slice...loved it!! My teen loved his chicken schnitzel but was so fast at eating that I did catch a shot!!

We'll be going back soon for another family dinner and to try other amazing plates on the...
