Noodle Box Northpark — Restaurant in Adelaide

Disappointed with the item changes without inquiring us. We ordered steamed bun but got delivered deep fried bun which we really don't like (we don't like deep fried carb like donut - it's too oily and greasy and not good for you) without any consent but rather forced.. Only after being delivered with a note "Sorry we re out strem bun :) " which does not even make any sense whatsoever. Also noodle came dodgy and wrongly as we ordered thin vermicelli but recevied pad thai like noodle and not to mention that it had too little fillings and vegetables as well. BTW this was through doordash. when I rang the store before seeing that weird note, the person who answered the phone(probably owner or manager) said they cannot swap it to what we actually ordered because the steamer is broken. Tonight, I asked simply for chicken and veggies with a LITTLE BIT of rice. I received no chicken, very few veggies, and a mountain of rice. I don’t mind paying more as I understand veggies are more expensive than rice, but it’s incredibly frustrating when you get the opposite of what you asked for. If for whatever reason you can’t provide what I asked for, that’s okay. Just tell me. But don’t say “yes yes yes” to my order and then give me something else entirely. That just makes me never want to come back, and to tell anyone who’ll listen not to bother going to Noodlebox. I saw the advertising email about a sizzling chicken + prawn + $2 for extra protein, claimed for 50 grams protein. What a joke, I asked without prawn would it be $2 less for the charge, they said no it’s not but they will give my extra chicken. I said don’t worry I’ll just have the chicken and prawn. When they passed the noodle, wow, couldn’t see more than a mouthful of chicken, and no prawn. I guess that’s what they called “extra chicken”, otherwise it would be no chicken🤣.
