Honestly I hate to do this to small business but some things need addressing here. My fish could have been used for a sports match. It was clearly a pre crumbed slab of rubber that has been thawed and re frozen 6 times before being sold. No taste & inedible. The chips… imported bright yellow junk. Once they cool a bit have a foul strong starchy taste like nothing I’ve ever had before. My order came to $18. My bank notification says $18.30. If that’s a 30c card fee thanks for that final little unannounced cash grab. Surely you can absorb the few cents it cost you rather than profiting yet again, especially if your foods this bad. I've recently made the return to Richmond Chicken and Grill and I'm glad I did. They used to be my regular when I lived in West Richmond. The business may have changed of hands but not a not a change of service. Still friendly and sociable staff, tender tender, flavoursome chicken and the most crisp and crunchy chips in West Torrens. Good range of salads from your fresh and tangy Greek salad to a creamy potato. I appreciate the app 'pay in store' feature for ordering pick up. I recommend steering clear of this disappointment. Rude girl serving us. We got the $24.50 deal (whole chicken, salad/gravy and chips) but had no choice of salads as they had none so we were forced to get gravy whoch tasted like water. The chicken smelled funky yet somehow was bland. At least the the saltless chips were crispy. They even dropped a chicken and then picked it up and put it next to someones meal. Throw it out people!
