If i could i would give 0 star even minus star. I went there with my family had to wait half hour just to get table. Waitress fixing table we can not sit where we want to because it was too much work to join 2 tabke together for her. And after we finally sit, no water or glass on table went to counter to order took another 45 min to get the food on table with bug walking on the food. I took food right back to counter and showed them they told me they will get new food but I have very strong feeling they just change the plate and gave back to us because this time it did not took time and food was cold. Mind you we still didn't had water at this point and my 6 years old was getting thirsty so I went to counter again to ask for water, finally some one show up with 1 jug of water roughly 1.5 litres on a table of 7 people. And gave us plastic cup with very rude attitude from waitress ask to give us real glass she disappear. Guess what we haven't touch our food because up to this moment we didn't had plate or cutlery to began with another server show up with more of our order than I ask for plates. Now we get to eat but my 6 year old kid did not had his fries and neither did our order drinks. Anyhow we manage and I went to counter to pay and make some complaints manager was rude to tell us that we used f word to his server and did not listen to us. Didn't even consider we were family with young and possibility of bad service. No compensation not even a sorry from them and we were told to not to come back if we didn't like there ways of treating people and overly charged and old dry food and rude...

One star for the food, zero stars for everything else.

Do yourself a favour, don't dine in or you will be given very low priority compared to customers who order takeaway and have their order taken after yours.

Highlights of the terrible customer service: The food was brought to the table, however there were no accompanying plates and cutlery. Had to walk to the counter to ask them to bring everything to our table. The drinks order was seemingly forgotten, only one drink was brought to the table with the food. Had to walk to the counter and yet again ask them about the rest of the drinks, was told to wait five minutes. After waiting five minutes, went to the counter to ask again, drinks still haven't been made. Between the time the food came out at the start and waiting five minutes for the drinks in the end, there were at least 4 other groups of customers who had their takeaway drinks order fulfilled. Needless to say, the drinks order was promptly cancelled to not have to put up with any more of this poor customer service. Their ridiculous excuse was that someone told them that the drinks would be picked up after finishing the food. No such request was ever made, and how do you explain the one single drink that came out initially with the food??

I will not be returning, there are other similar restaurants that are more deserving...
