The carbonara pasta I received was horrible. It was obvious it was microwaved and reheated! The pasta was rubbery and hard and the cream sauce was pure oil which happens when cream sauce is reheated. I contacted the store and the managers response was read the reviews as they only have good reviews. I explained this my experience and the pasta is going in the bin it’s that bad. I asked for a refund but they only offered replacement food if I pick it up. I asked them to contact Uber to organise a refund as it is hard to contact them and they said they were too busy and they had other customers. Personally would not ever order from here again. Extremely poor customer service and food quality. My issue was not resolved and now I’m going to have to spend more to order...

Our lovely friends recommended this place after our regular place went downhill and boy, we couldn’t be happier! Seriously the tastiest pizza we’ve had from any pizza bar, hands down. The dough is not too thick nor too thin - the perfect texture. They add just the right amount of topping too and it’s all so flavoursome. They are consistently good! The customer service is amazing, staff are the friendliest and most courteous I’ve ever come across from a take away place. Have visited this place on a few different occasions to order pizzas on the way home from work. The place is clean and the service provided is extremely efficient, prompt and friendly. The pizzas I ordered were good and very good value for money. This place has been in the area for a while now and is a favourite of a friend who happens to be quite finicky when it comes to eating pizzas! 😂 The owner comes across as a friendly guy and the staff seem to enjoy their work. The place is always busy and seems to be popular with the locals. The wait time provided was reasonable and there are seats available if you want to wait while your order is being prepared.
